The bedroom had a/c but the main living area in the apartment did not, if you come in summer the main room will be very hot/humid. The apartment does not come with basic amenities such as soap to clean cups or dishes or a hair dryer. The apartment only comes with two towels so if your duration is longer than a few days this is something to consider. The apartment is in a good location 15 minutes walk to Copacabana beach.

Cute humble abode
Very grateful I found this place! Very safe location in Copacaba with 24 hr security and 15 min walk to the beach, apartment had a beautiful view of one of the mountains right in front and the whole apartment also had A.C. The owner of the unit was also so sweet and very accommodating to me as my flight arrived extremly early and she allowed me to check right in. Also gave me excellent recommendations on places to eat in the area. I would definitely return back or recommend this place to some.

Quarto com aspecto de mal cuidado, pouco zelo com a higiene e asseio, cheiro ruim, principalmente na copa, piso se soltando, colchões de espuma já gasto e marcado, sofá cama que dá para sentir a madeira, cama sobressalente pequena (quem dormiu nela ficava com os pés para fora), revestimento do banheiro que encobre a sujeira, louça no banheiro craquelada e metais velhos, dando a impressão de sujo e pouco zelo com a manutenção, dreno do ar condicionado em balde, que eu precisava ficar esgotando.

Gostamos muito do apartamento, muito completo. Bem equipado, confortavel. Cama otima, roupa de cama muito limpa. Proprietaria gentil e cuidadosa, nos permitiu ficar no apartamento ate a hora do nosso voo, o que ajudou bastante. Chuveiro bom com agua quente, limpeza impecavel. Wi fi funcionando bem e o ar condicionado silencioso. Localizacao otima e o preco e excelente! Super recomendo ! Voltarei muitas vezes!
