This is my second time staying here and it’s consistent. Rooms are comfortable, clean and staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is delicious and the chefs make wonderful cooked to order omelette. When I need to be in the Riverside/ Mo Val area I will def stay again.

I love this hotel. The employees are great and the property is super clean. The only thing I always have an issue with is the parking area. Parking is very limited and we had to park on the sides and it was very dark.

First time stay. Long term customer!
The check in process was really smooth. The front desk verified who I was seeing my ID and took my card to run for incidentals. My girlfriend and I found our room and really loved the ambiance of the color scheme and furnishings. Our stay was very relaxing and even indulged in partaking in booking a couples massage at the included spa! Worth every penny!! The hot tub on property was relaxing and was even visited with stray cats that were hanging around the pool area. I would rather see a bunch of cats than mice or rats to be honest. The lobby staff was really helpful and accommodating. I noticed the room attendants taking our towels that we used only once and hung them up on the towel rack to reuse and the front desk staff supplied us with 4 towels to use for our stay. Overall, the stay was really good for my very first time in the Inland Empire and would love to stay here again in the future!
