They assigned my room to someone else. However they did provide a room. Breakfast was minimal with an hour before time to close. Then keycard had to get redone cuz they went null. Otherwise room was very nice.

Worst Hotel for me !!!!!
I requested a peaceful quiet room w/ view. No one in the front desk when we checked in after 4PM, we have to ring the bell. Front staff assigned us to Rm. 319 which is located right on the FREEWAY, extremely noisy at night, unable to sleep. Worst part of it was the EXTREMELY NOISY AIRCON/Heater. Bathroom doors making a loud noise when opening/closing doors, showers clogging, chairs uncomfortable & dirty. Rooms no decors, curtains looks & feels dirty, no coffee, fridge not cooling properly. This is the WORST HOTEL I’d stayed in my lifetime…NO Holiday Inn for me in the future trips. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

This hotel was extremely subpar when it comes to cleanliness. Our room still had food left in the refrigerator and some of the towels had not been changed out. The AC also kept faltering throughout the night.
