Casey, the owner, was truly great to work with. Home looked mostly clean. But - fridge and freezer definitely weren't spick and span, kitchen drawers all needed a good cleaning and that isn't hard as there are hardly any necessities in those drawers. This was honestly the poorest stocked kitchen I've experienced. Just with eating utensils - 4 forks, 3 spoons - not enough for all staying there. So we cracked into the plastic ware we had purchased to use for Thanksgiving. Additionally, need new set of pans. All are black nonstick with lots of scratch marks. Not healthy to be eating the chemicals them come from those scratch marks. It'd be great to have a crock pot. I'd be great to have 9 x13 pans. Additionally, my dad ended up with several bite marks on his neck line. Using hydrocortisone and taking Benadryl helped take the bite marks down. I do have pics. Reading other reviews...someone mentioned that individuals that slept on the couch ended up with bite marks. My mom shared the bed with him and no bite marks. Dad sat on the couch more than the rest of us, so I can only think that it likely came from the couch. Perhaps a pest control service could be hired to fog the entire site and assess for bugs on couch. House could use a recarpeting rather than having rugs covering aging carpet. Loved the touches of Christmas.
