Jos etsit rauhallisia vesiä ja loistavaa paikkaa perheen hauskanpitoon, Octagon-talo on sinua varten! Tämä tilava koti sijaitsee Pienen Nianguan 5 mailin etäisyydellä. 2-tason Octagon-talo tarjoaa yhteensä 4 makuuhuonetta ja 2 kylpyhuonetta. Yläkerrassa on 3 makuuhuonetta, 1 kylpyhuone, keittiö ja oleskelutila sekä iso takka. Pään alakerrassa päällikön sviittiin nauttia mukautetusta suihkussa ja poreallas. Alakerrassa on myös iso olohuone, viinibaari ja pesutupa, jossa pesukone ja kuivausrumpu. Kodin ainutlaatuinen kahdeksankulmainen muoto antaa vieraille mahdollisuuden nauttia 180 asteen näkymistä järvelle. Quite Thanksgiving
Loved the place, perfect for our family. Everything was as listed would recommend to anyone wanting a beautiful spot on the lake. My only complaint would be since we were there when it was cold, more than one tv would’ve been nice. I know it’s a lake house but in the colder months a tv down stairs would be nice. outside of that everything else was perfect.

Beautiful home with a spectacular view!
The property was perfect for our group. We loved being on the lake and swimming off the amazing dock. Plenty of room for our group to sleep, hang out and enjoy the amenities, such as the hot tub and deck space.

Great Place to stay!
This is our 2nd time staying at this house. House is clean and has everything we need. There is plenty of room for everyone. The cove is quiet and we spend a lot of time on the dock swimming and fishing.

Amazing views and amazing memories
Our family was so happy with how beautiful the views were. The home is gorgeous and so unique. The hosts are so kind and very communicative and so helpful with any requests. We came from California and were not familiar with the area and the host gave us suggestions and addresses of things close by. We caught fish right off the dock Blue gill, sunfish and catfish. We made life long memories with the kids. Owner let us use their dock to rent a boat. (Highly recommend lakerunners) A few turtles seem to stay at the dock, so the kids were excited to see them each day. We didn’t use the spa or fire pit because it was too hot, but each of those spots had their own cozy corner. Also, the photos do not do the summer separate home justice. I mean wow! Everyone wanted that space. It was so cute and nice and private. One of our favorite family trips so far. Thank you so much!

Turning 25 twice getaway!
We truly enjoyed our stay at the Octagon House. It was relaxing and quiet and the perfect getaway with friends. Andrea was very accommodating when we requested an extended check out….We didn’t want to leave :) will definitely be back again!

Great location on the lake.
We have rented this house for two Labor Day weekends with friends. The kitchen and outside has been redone and looks great. The owners have been great to work with. It's on the calmer end of Lake of the Ozarks.

Annual Family Vacation
Every year our family gets together and stays at a lake house for a week, usually in Minnesota. This year we decided to go somewhere different and we are so happy that we did. The house is beautiful and the location was perfect. We all had a great time!

Excellent stay
This is a great property for lake fun. There were 12 of us: grandparents, parents and 6 children, and having a studio for four of the kids made it exceptional! The lake was not super busy where the property is located, so everyone who tried was able to wakeboard, tube and water ski without issue. There is a boat rental place who will deliver a boat right to the slip at the property, and gas for the boat a few doors down. We had a wonderful time; the house is very pleasant, with big windows looking out onto the lake as well as a nice deck overlooking the lake. The covered dock was cool to sit on and watch the boating activity. We have done big family get togethers many times, usually in the Colorado mountains, but this location and the house itself provided for one of the better get-togethers we've had! I highly recommend renting this house for your getaway! One note -- the location is super, but it is a bit of a drive to a big store, so best to bring food along with you when you arrive.

Mornings on the deck
Mornings spent on the deck watching the lake was my favorite part. The location was perfect and not busy with boats. Grandkids enjoyed their time swimming and jumping off dock. Separate studio was perfect for "get away from it all" time.

We loved staying at the Octagon House! The house is amazing and on a perfect spot of the lake. We loved spending time down by the dock enjoying the breeze. The house is spacious and decorated so nicely. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The view from the living room grand windows and the deck was amazing. It was also great to enjoy some sunshine on the porch. The hot tub was also nice to enjoy in the evenings when it got colder out. The owners were easy to communicate with and timely with responses. They were very accommodating. We would stay again.

Misrepresented, Not Clean
While the Octagon House is in a great location and certainly has potential, we did not receive all that the ad represented and the house/dock were not clean. The cleaning issues were especially aggravating since we paid a non-refundable cleaning fee. Not clean: microwave, oven, under kit sink (very dirty), kitchen cabinets and drawers, refrigerator freezer compartment, cobwebs and dust on dining light fan pull chains, stairs carpeting, bath jetted tub, hot tub, dock kitchenette area (extremely dirty and unusable). Note: Owner was contacted about the cleaning issues; sent a housekeeper that night who was able to clean the jetted tub and hot tub. Misrepresented: Pictures of rental show a fireplace above the jetted bathtub, owner stated this does not work. Pictures show a fireplace in living room; owner stated we were not allowed to use this. Pictures show lighting in the dock kitchenette but there was no electric to the dock area at all, not even electric to the dock lights. In addition to these items, the downstairs bath toilet light fixture cover fell and the light would not stay on, and one of the kitchen cabinet doors fell off.
