On the ground floor: living room of 35m² with dining area, lounge with fireplace, television and home cinema, kitchen of 16m², separate toilet with washbasin, and lounge of the Orangeraie (20m²) with its large windows overlooking the park. This living room transforms into a bedroom for 2 people with a convertible sofa of 140x190cm when you come to 10 people.
A bedroom with private bathroom is also on the ground floor (shower, toilet and sink).
Upstairs: a first bedroom with a 180x200cm bed (or 2 x 90cm) and a 120x190cm bed. A second bedroom with 1 160x200cm bed (or 2x80cm) and an alcove separated by a screen with a 140x190cm bed. The bathroom is located on the landing. Separate toilets.
Outside, a pretty terrace with garden furniture and a private garden overlooking the woods are reserved for you. You will find a relaxation lounge, deckchairs, barbecue, swing. Go past the TV antenna on your left, the Château de la Guimonière is the first property on your right immediately after the sign for the place called Guimonière.
