Fabulous Place and Ideal Rockport Location!
My husband and I had a fabulous time on our short visit to Rockport largely because of Matt’s wonderful home! Pictures portrayed the home perfectly, it was delightfully clean, stocked and well kept and importantly only a short walk from the quaint Rockport shops, art studios, Motif 1 and the Rockport Harbor. He was easy to communicate with (very prompt). Parking was a little tricky but we were prepared and it easy to unload at the house, then my husband had only a 5-10 minute walk to find free parking. Because everything was so close, we only used our car once to drive to Halibut Point park (a must see!) one evening. Otherwise, it was easy to walk to restaurants and shopping. We are very happy with our accommodations and would love to stay here again when we return, as we surely will!!

Really fell in love with this place. Great location, can walk everywhere. We had everything we needed and more. Accommodations were awesome, very nicely decorated and stocked with everything needed to cook. Highly recommend for romantic getaway or room for small family.

Great Thanksgiving Getaway
We were looking for somewhere quiet on the water, and this was the best little apartment to stay at! You are right in the middle of all the shopping and just a few minute walk from the beach. Great little spot to get away from everything!

Perfect location in a wonderful town
A comfortable base of operation for visiting Rockport as well as surrounding areas. The condo has 2 roomy bedrooms (with VERY comfortable beds) and a sitting and dining area large enough for 4 people. The kitchen is outfitted enough to prepare meals if you choose, but with the many wonderful restaurants in Rockport you may not want to cook! The location is perfect for touring the town. We loved the fact that we could stop by the condo to drop off or pick up something as we wandered around. The owner, Matt, was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any inquiries. In fact during the course of our stay, we met a neighbor, a tenant, and a former tenant - all who spoke very highly of him and the work he had done on the property. We also learned in talking to people that this location is great because it is much quieter than being on the T-wharf side of town. Here you are not awakened when the boats go out in the early morning! A few minor considerations: - The view of the town and people watching is prime from here and you can also see White Wharf from the condo but in a perfect world we would have liked a better view of the ocean. You can however walk to great views in a matter of minutes. - The only amenity in the house not roomy and comfortable is the shower. I suspect it might be an issue if you are a former linebacker for the Patriots. - As with many properties in the village, there is no parking included. We did easily found parking about a 7 minute walk away and you can park downtown free 6pm to 10am every day. Bottom line - a wonderful place to stay in a wonderful town. We love Rockport and would definitely consider staying at this property again.

Clean, comfortable and beautifully set near the water
This space was a gem in a one-of-a-kind setting. The accomodations were clean and comfortable with plenty of living space for two couples. Shops and snacks were a few steps away, not to mention the most beautiful scenery in the area. Parking was a challenge, but to be expected in Rockport on a holiday weekend. We would definitely stay here again!

Bearskin Neck Retreat
What a great place. A clean, comfortable apartment in the heart of Bearskin Neck. What could be better? Anything you need is within walking distance. The Ocean, Restaurants, Shopping,Bike and Kayak Rentals, and Galleries just steps away. We really enjoyed our walks in the evening. The views were incredible! The owner Matt couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. We came for the family reunion and found this little gem of a place. We will definately be back !

Great location !! Very helpful owner! Rockport is s wonderful spot for a vacation.
