Etsitkö hiljaista ja rentouttavaa paikkaa pakoon perheen kanssa ja muodostaa uudelleen yhteys? Sitten tämä on paikka! Talo ja uima-allas uusittiin kokonaan. Remontit valmistuivat kesäkuussa 2018. Talo on yli 4100 neliöjalkaa, yläkerrassa ja alakerrassa makuuhuoneet king-size-vuoteella, joissa en-sviittejä. Kirjastossa on kaksi ylimääräistä makuuhuonetta, joissa molemmissa queen-vuoteet, kuningatar-vuodesohva mediahuoneessa ja yksi vaihtovelkakirjalattia. Kaikissa ikkunoissa on ikkunaluukut, joten voit säätää luonnollisen valon määrää jokaisessa huoneessa. Nauti grillistä ulkona tai vain rentoutumisesta uima-altaan äärellä. Siellä on myös parveke, jolta on näkymä uima-altaalle ja takaosa-alueelle, ja se on täydellinen paikka nauttia kuppi kahvia tai lasillinen viiniä!
Se sijaitsee kätevästi 30 - 45 mailin päässä Love Fieldistä, DFW Internationalista ja muista Dallasin nähtävyyksistä.
Rockwall tarjoaa erilaisia ?? hienoja ravintoloita ja tunnetaan Pohjois-Texasin elävän musiikin pääkaupungina viikonloppumusiikkana kaikkialla! Rockwall on myös Lake Ray Hubbardin koti. Nauti konserteista järven rannalla ja veneilytoiminnoista kesäkuukausina!

The house is lovely but the dishes we pulled out of the cabinet were dirty and had to be washed before we could use them and there was trash under two of the beds, used soda cans and used tissues The driveway has some huge pot holes

We absolutely loved the house! Comfy beds, sheets, pillows, fluffy towels. We loved that there were beach towels and floats for the pool. The wine tastings included with the stay was a nice treat. We traveled with our children and grandchildren. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath. The game room was filled with games, such a treat! This was a beautiful home with lots of room. We highly recommend it!

Stay at a winery!
Big house with lots of divider and communal space. Great pool. And a winery basically in your front yard. What more could you want? The food and drinks are also excellent, so don’t miss it.

Fabulous Girls Weekend
Had a fabulous time at our Girls Weekend. We did the live music at the winery on Friday night and spent Saturday enjoying the pool. What a great place, very relaxing and comfortable. The food at the winery on Friday night was amazing. The house is so spacious but cozy. With 7 females, we never felt like we were crowded. We enjoyed the back patio all day on Saturday.

Just what we needed
We attended a cousin camp/family reunion. The property was just what we needed - close by, plenty of room, and a place to take a break from the activities while our little ones napped. We didn’t even have time to use the pool, but it was nice 😊

Eclipse trip to Dallas.
We had a fabulous stay, thank you. Everything was excellent. Of particular note: the kitchen was very well stocked with equipment; the lounge areas were very comfortable; the beds were also very comfortable; the pool was a little chilly, but in April I did not expect any different, but fantastic; and the grounds offer a lot of space. Nieces wedding
We stayed here for our nieces wedding at a nearby venue. The location was great and was accessible to anywhere we needed to go. The house was starting to show its age, but it still did its job. We had plenty of room to spread out and it could easily host a large group. Overall it was exactly what we needed and we had a great stay.

Perfect For Wedding Weekend
Great location near our daughters wedding venue. Everyone had a private bedroom and plenty of bathrooms! The living room, great room & kitchen were perfect for family to gather & celebrate in a warm cozy setting. Communication with Carol was always quick & easy. Lunch at Rosini Vineyard was delicious and was decorated with awesome Halloween decor! Carol is the perfect host both at the home and the vineyard!

Fun, relaxing, enjoyable stay.
We had a great time. The house with 5 bedrooms and baths was perfect for our cousin reunion. The house is located where we were close to everything we planned for outings—a concert in Terrell, sailboat ride on Lake Ray Hubbard. Eating at good restaurants at the Rockwall Harbor. Wine tasting and delicious food at Rosini’s Winery which is close to the house. Highly recommend. Just be sure to get the owner’s cell phone # or lock box code before checking in.👍👍

Perfect Girls Trip
The house is amazing and huge. Way better in person than even the website shows. Absolutely perfect girls weekend. You can walk up the driveway for a wine tasting and great dinner outside or inside at the cute venue. Also Friday night live music was great. Carol, the host, was amazing for everything. Super friendly and went above and beyond. Can’t wait to visit again.

Great for a big family
This house has plenty of room for a big family. We stayed because our son was getting married at a venue near by. It was perfect. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, so zero stress when everyone was getting ready. We were disappointed we didn’t get to use the pool, the weather simply didn’t cooperate! Highly recommend this rental. Exactly as it appears online and what little communication we had with the owner was quick and easy.

Comfort, Convenience, Celebration
This was our third time to stay at Rosini Ranch . . . what fun was had by all. The house is kept neat and tidy. The layout of the home provides for privacy and togetherness. The pool is large and inviting and was enjoyed by all. The kitchen is conveniently situated for togetherness as meals are prepared. Many books and games abound in the library. Carol is always available when questions arise and provides immediate answers. The privacy of the property and yet accessibility to restaurants, grocery stores, many shopping areas, and, of course, donut shops makes it a perfect spot to gather. We look forward to the next time.
