Stunning detached villa with lovely private pool, close to the golf course

This lovely, luxurious villa, located 2nd line to the La Marquesa Golf course is set on a private plot with kidney shaped pool (8x5m) surrounded by a patio, outside shower, BBQ and a lovely natural garden, providing a home from home. The villa has steps up to a covered veranda with a large dining table. The main door opens into a large open plan living room and a spacious new kitchen. An archway leads to a master bedroom with on-suite shower room, a family bathroom and a second bedroom which has an external doorway onto a balcony with a spiral stair case up to the roof terrace which hosts a lovely seating area with views over the golf course. The third bedroom has a separate external entrance to the side of the property with an en-suite shower room and is not connected internally to the rest of the house. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and the property is air-conditioned throughout. Free Wi-Fi is available. A wall mounted TV, Blu-ray player with a selection of DVDs and Blu-rays as well as books and games provides plenty of entertainment for the whole family. The enclosed garden is secure for children to roam and explore. It provides additional outdoor seating opportunities to enjoy a coffee among the fragrant lemon and orange trees. There is a new table tennis and a darts set. The pool has stairs for easy access. Loungers and umbrellas invite for a relaxed day in the sun.

Linen, towels and beach towels are included in the rental price. Our local English speaking contact will provide you with the keys and is also available for queries and emergencies and will sort out the end of stay clean; this ensures that every guest arrives at a fully deep cleaned villa.

The property is nestled in a picturesque valley, a supermarket, bars and restaurants, ATM as well as the golf course itself are within walking distance. 

The villages of Ciudad Quesada and Rojales are less than 5 mins drive away, with weekly local markets, restaurants and shops. The beautiful beach of Guardamar (10mins drive) is one of many in the vicinity. Alternatively, the Quesada aqua park is a few minute’s drive away. La Marquesa is only one of half a dozen golf courses within a 30 mins drive, providing ample challenge and variety for the avid golfer.

La Zenia shopping centre and the towns of Torrevieja, Elche and Orihuela invite with their shopping and entertainment. Alicante, Cartagena and Murcia are easily reachable destinations for a day out to sample local culture, and the surrounding mountains offer opportunities for easy hikes, exploring the local medieval castles around Novelda or sample the local wines in one of the many wineries in the region.

Absolutely stunning!
This was an ideal property for my family holiday! The kids made most of the pool, views are also spectacular. Location is also ideal as the supermarket is walking distance, & so are the local shops & restaurants. I would definitely be booking again! We made beautiful memories!

What a stunning property! Every aspect of comfort has been thoughtfully met from the fantastically equipt kitchen down to the pool towels and book selection in every room. The air-con is a god send, the pool is the highlight and there is so much room both inside and out. The whole process was simple from start to finish. Would highly recommended and hopefully return.

Fabulous villa
The villa was amazing, it was like home to home, it had everything we needed and more. It was very well equipped, air conditioned in every room, comfy beds, great kitchen facilities and the outside areas/pool where great. We ended up spending most of our time just at the villa. Lovely House
The house is very well equipped. The TV is great as smart TV. The WIFI is very good, The areas for eating are shaded and add lots. Air conditioning excellent. The pool has a deep end that is great for older kids/adults. The steps make it handy for smaller ones and shallower end. It is not big but it is big enough for a family. The supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance. We found taxis very hard to get to get to the local towns and any days out we had initially planned.Need to book them in advance. We stayed mainly at house and at the local places within walking distance. We did not hire a car. We had a really lovely holiday as the house, pool and local restaurants and supermarket were perfect for us. It is a lovely easy family holiday with great resources.

Amazing villa
We had the best time on our holiday. The Villa was amazing, everything we could ever have wished for. The swimming pool was perfect for our family. The beds were comfy and the aircon made it easy to sleep at night. The terrace was a lovely spot to enjoy the evenings. The Villa was clean and spacious. The property owner was amazing at replying to any questions and so helpful and the property manager was brilliant when we arrived. I have children ages 20, 15 and 6 and this was perfect for all of them, when we got to the villa they kept saying wow! I would highly recommend this villa to anyone, it really was amazing and we had the best holiday. Will definitely book again in the future.

Rojales Villa
Had a fantastic 2 weeks at Corala's villa. Villa was very clean and welcoming, everything we needed was there. Alison who met us on arrival was very friendly and helpful. Pool area was brilliant and kids loved it along with the games room in the garage. We will definitely look to book this villa in the future and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the Rojales area.

Best Villa We've Stayed in.
We had a brilliant time staying in Carola's villa. It was clean and well looked after. Alison met us on arrival, she was friendly and very helpful. We loved having the pool at the villa. The terrace was great for sitting out on and eating and drinking. The games room in the garage was great for the kids. We would definitely stay in this villa again.

Really enjoyed our stay at the villa and would recommend it. Facilities inside and outside very good, clean and comfortable. Pool great and it all felt very private. Great to have beach towels as well house towels provided.. Property manager very helpful and flexible about arrival as was the owner, especially to suit flight times. Very well positioned for local supermarkets and restaurants. The use of a cool box was one of the little additions that helped to make it special. Only complaint is that the shower cubicle in the ensuite is quite small.

LOVELY VILLA IN GREAT LOCATION
Villa was lovely, clean, spacious and well appointed. Property manager was very helpful, as was the owner. Would definitely recommend. If I were to suggest any improvement, then perhaps an option for heating in the pool as the water was too cold when we visited to appreciate this facility. We would have been happy to pay extra as an option if this were available. I'm sure later in the summer this wouldn't be an issue to other visitors.

Fantastic villa and well maintained property.
We were a party of 5 adults and 2 children (ages 14 and 7). the owner purchased a foldaway child's bed for our youngest which was a lovely touch otherwise we would have had to make up a bed on the settee as the accommodation is for 6 adults and a baby which there was a cot for. The villa was at first tricky to find as plot numbers sit alongside house/villa numbers so we were in fact looking for a low plot number next to a high villa number which got confusing. But once you have worked this out then it is easy to find. The Villa was extremely clean and contained all the equipment you could possibly need, such as plenty of dishes, cutlery and glassware for all 7 of us. Also available to use were inflatables, buckets and spades and long-life bags for the shopping run etc. For me the best thing was the comfy mattresses which I think were possibly memory foam so we all sleep well in this quiet location. I also enjoyed watching the children play in the pool from the balcony which was spacious and where we mostly ate. The furnishings were very homely and also comfortable which was an added bonus as we don't always enjoy staying in a property that is both sparse and simplistic. We all enjoyed our stay and would return.

Fantastic villa and great stay.
The villa is beautifully decorated, and the pool is very spacious. The villa is very clean and furnished lovely. There are lots of seating areas both inside and out which is great. Everything is provided - beach towels, DVDs, board games, a first aid kit etc. BBQ area is a great place to chill out. Allison (the property manager) was always on hand, whether it was to ask a question or provide lifts. Communication with the owner before arriving was also prompt and answered every question we had. The villa is in a lovely area - great if you want to play golf. The only suggestion I could make would be that whilst going down to the bedroom that is separate from the house, there could be sensor lights because it's very dark walking down there at night time to see where you're going. Would definitely recommend this villa and would 100% stay again.

Lovely well maintained Property.
The villa was well positioned for all the amenities required on a self catering villa holiday. Villa was clean and well maintained. All you required was provided including pool towels. Pool was a good size and surrounding patio areas were well provided for with good quality furniture. All in all a great place to take your holiday in the sun.

A lovely property, clean, well situated, well managed and with everything you need for a holiday
We booked the property for group of family and friends for 3 weeks in August. Our party consisted of 3 adults and children ranging from 4 - 12 over the course of the stay. We have stayed in Quesada before so knew what to expect in terms of the location and amenities (which are good for what we need). We arrived at the villa at 11pm and was greeted by Ali (property manager). We were given a quick tour of what we needed to know and some local info (about a local fiesta happening that weekend). The villa was exactly as described, it is in a good condition and has lots of little touches that just make life easier in a new area and when you haven't got your usual home comforts. The pool area is lovely and we enjoyed many evenings sat out on the balcony. There was 1 day the pool went a funny colour (one that suggested swimming in it wasn't recommended!) However I texted Ali and we had a pool maintenance company out the same day - it just needed additional chlorine from the unusually hot week and a lot of use; it was sorted within a day and turned out was fine to swim in. I would have full confidence that any problems would be quickly sorted. I would highly recommend this property for your stay in Quesada and would definitely book again.

Beutiful, well appointed villa
Having looked at the photos and read the reviews, we were all really looking forward to our stay and I'm pleased to say we were delighted, as this villa not only lived up to, but exceeded our expectations. Stunning property, great location near good supermarket, also near ( but not too near... ) good restaurants and bars, short taxi ride or reasonable walk to the main towns of Rojales, with Queseda just slightly further away. House had everything you could need, pool was great, with non-slip surrounding plinth and a lovely Garden where you could pick your own lemon and limes. Great, relaxing holiday, no hesitation in recommending this property.

Amazing villa pictures didn't do it justice and a fantastic pool
Hi We stayed for 7 night and found the villa to be amazing it had everything a family beef and more making it a perfect stay. The pool was bigger than expected and the kids loved the ping pong table in the garage. The rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable we loved the under build as a bedroom With en-suit giving me and the wife privacy away from the noise of the kids, the villa had everything you could need; wifi, coolbox, fast charging socket, pool inflatables, great big Tv but we never used it, and loads of privacy. I would totally recomend this villa and would say it's the best one we have ever booked.

Home away from home in the stunning villa with perfect kidney shaped pool. A fab trip
The owners have thought of everything to ensure you have a perfect holiday. The house is very comfortable and spacious with a pool to die for. The walled plot is very private and ensures shade at different times of the day under a hot sun. Amongst the lemon and oranges trees, there is a table tennis and other games provided to keep you entertained. If you manage to drag yourself away from the tranquillity, there is loads to do in the immediate vicinity as well as further afield. Beautiful villa in a brilliant location. What's not to love!
