Perfectly lovely near Trevi Fountain
This is a modern clean very comfortable apartment in a splendid location - within walking distance to Spanish Steps, Piazza del Popolo, the Pantheon and many many other marvelous wonders. Excellent easy check-in. Yes it is true that you have to keep the windows closed most of the time because the little street it's on is very busy / a bit noisy - but if you want to be close to many sights and restaurants, it's ideal.

Lovely place in a great location!
This was a return visit to this apartment! It is walkable to most everything! It is clean and cozy. The 2 bathrooms are such a bonus to get ready quickly for a family. It is in an area buzzing with activity: shops, restaurants, gelato and sites (Trevi fountain/Spanish steps). The host promptly responds to questions or any concern. A gem for sure!

Wonderful cosy apartment
Loved this apartment. Great central location, nice sized, clean modern bathrooms/showers. Master bedroom has a nice big comfy bed. Second bed is a sofa pullout in the den. Lively street but with earplugs not an issue. Easy check-in. 2 min walk from Trevi fountain. We walked everywhere and saw all the major sites. Highly recommend!

Perfect Rome stay
Three adult family members had a fabulous 4 night stay. Well-furnished, clean, convenient, the apartment had all we needed. The central location means it is on a busy, noisy street. However the windows are of excellent noise-blocking quality and therefore street noise didn't bother us in the least. Host arranged taxi for us which was a kind gesture.

Francesca, our host, quickly responded to all questions and was great in setting up transportation to/from the airport. The location is fantastic with nearby groceries and restaurants. Walkable to many attractions. The accommodations were spacious for three of us with a bonus of two bathrooms. Highly recommended!

Nice Stay !
My husband and I were traveling with our extended family for our 50th Wedding Anniversary. We started our 3 week trip in Rome with 11 and ended our trip in this lovely apartment with just the two of us! The apartment has been beautifully remodeled. We loved that we each had our own bathroom and a well equipped kitchen. Francesca was wonderful to work with. She arranged a driver to and from the airport for us. Her communication was outstanding. Thank you for sharing your lovely apartment

Location, location!!!

The air conditioning worked well and it was relatively quiet given the busy neighborhood it is in. Absolutely wonderful property in the heart of Rome!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. We were able to walk to every attraction, including Vatican City. The location can’t be matched! The apartment was super clean and comfortable with excellent air-conditioning and laundry facilities. The sound proofing is great as well and we did not hear anything from the busy street below. We would encourage stocking up on a couple more toiletry items (such as moisturizer and shampoo/ conditioner). We would love to stay here again the next time we are in Rome!

Perfect location
Stayed 3 nights with family in this apartment. Apartment is clean comes with 2 bathrooms. A/C works great and beds(including sofa) are comfortable. It's close to Trevi and lots of restaurants in the street. Our host Francesca is very responsive and helpful during check-in/check-out. She even arranged taxi to Termini station early morning on the checkout day . I highly recommend.

Lovely renovated unit perfectly located near Trevi Fountain and Pantheon and easily walkable to Forum/Colosseum. While in a central area, the apartment was very quiet. Host is very helpful and responsive to questions. Organized transportation for us from airport when we arrived and to train station as we were leaving. We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect in every way
My wife and I have stayed in quite a few VRBO’s in the US and around the world, but none have had a more responsive, professional and courteous Premier host than Francesca. From our very first booking contact and all my questions there after, she responded with helpful suggestions and guidance. Francesca arranged for a transfer to the airport for us. She is a gem! As you would hope the apartment was every bit as perfect as Francesca! The perfect location for sightseeing, shopping, eating and getting a late night gelato. Spacious, clean and so comfortable. The bed was perfect, two bathrooms one with a bidet and both very good showers, a comfortable living room and dining area. A complete kitchen, with clean utensils, dishes and glassware. A great clothes washer and a drying rack and iron—my wife loved it. Plenty of drawers and closet space. Safe and secure the apartment is just steps from all you could want. We would definitely stay here again. I know you won’t be disappointed. Francesca even provides you some Italian recipes, besides great shopping and eating recommendations.There is some street noise, but with the windows closed it’s very quiet and it didn’t bother us at all. Enjoy, we know you will!

Nice apt in the thick of the action near Trevi Fountain
Although the apt is steps from Trevi and the street outside is very busy and noisy, once you walk inside the apt with windows closed, you literally can hear nothing, it is like an oasis from the action outside...complete sound proof.

The apartment was exactly as advertised and Francesca was very responsive including arranging for a driver to pick us up at the airport and one back to the airport at 7 AM the morning we left. As others have indicated, it is a very busy street with a lot of noise, but the windows are very well insulated to dampen the sound. We did use our phone for white noise to sleep and that worked extremely well. You can walk to just about every major attraction from the apartment and that is exactly what we did during our stay. We can definitely recommend staying at Francesca’s apartment!
