The place was in a great area and was walkable to all the major sites. There were also a lot of dining and shopping areas around which was great

The property was clean and staff welcoming and helpful. Room had a mini fridge small table and two stools. The unit was well equipped with kettle hairdryer. The unit provided a comfortable stay. The room was a bit tight, end tables would be helpful. Our room had interior view, but others had exterior views.

Paper thin walls and a very uncomfortable bed made this hotel go from promising to disappointing. The walls are so thin I could hear every toilet trip, every conversation and “so on” from our neighbours. And the bed had actual human sized dents in it from where obviously hundreds of people before have slept before. Impossible to get a good night sleep due to these reasons. The location was great though and the staff were very friendly. Wouldn’t stay again though as the above can be found elsewhere in a more comfortable setting.

The staff were super helpful from the time i made the booking during the time of stay and check out. They were extremely helpful when i need there assistance with when i had issue with building when i parked the rental bike downstairs. Phillip facilitated the issue and he truly cares about his clients.i would like to thank Phillip for all his help and i wish him good luck.

Lovely little room in a great location, easy access to the metro station and main train station within a few minutes walking distance. Staff very helpful and gave us some great tips on where to visit in Rome. If we ever come back to Rome we would use this hotel again

Wonderful

Wonderful hotel, would definitely, no let me rephrase that, will definitely be staying there again. Wonderful staff. Wonderful hotel, 3 min walk to Roses underground metro, very easy to get to all attractions Beautiful Rome has to offer. Also shops and restaurants etc etc Right on your doorstep.

We booked this place just to sleep overnight before our flight back to the US the next morning. It served that purpose but would not stay again. Place is a motel & quite run down. Location about a 15 min walk from Termini station. Area seemed questionable. Room & bathroom tiny & all we wanted to do after we checked in was get out & stay out until it was time to shower & sleep. Staff friendly & communication before arrival was very good.

Noisy but nice for price

The rooms are in an apartment in an older building near the metro and about a 15 min walk to Termini. The pictures are a fair representation: our room was clean and pleasant looking with a refrigerator and kettle and a couple of coffee cups and Nescafe. Reception there at the time we had arranged and helpful with advice on what to see and where to eat. Downside was the bed wasn't too comfortable (sagging in the middle) and the room really light at night and noisy with the neighboring apartment kids and people entering common door late at night and street noise. But, if you can sleep through it all and/or plan to be out late, it is a good choice for the price and location.

Good deal for my money

Hotel is small, with a few rooms only. Clean, conveniently located, walking not a problem to major sites except Vatican. Breakfast was coffee and a pastry only, and it was served in a separate coffee shop that wasnt easy to find. To save others people time coffee shop is with no name, located down the street, on the opposite site of the hotel, next to the grocery store Conad. Wifi didnt work for me 95% of the time, nor my internet inside the building. That wasnt a huge deal for me, I was able to get intennet access once outside the building. Mara, the hostess, was super helpful - she gave us maps, tips on where to go and how to get there, gave us her personal phone for questions. I would go back there, and would recommend the hotel to friends.

The room was ok but need to walk a distance to get the breakfast. The metro is near but there is no lift so need to drag your luggage went departing from the hotel. A little far from the train station.

No safe, no real breakfast.

We booked Dandi Domus as it advertised a safe, but when we arrived, our room did not have a safe to use. We asked for another room, but were told one was not available. So, instead of being able to walk around Rome, of all places, with the knowledge that your valuables were locked away in your room, we had to carry them with us. We had paid for the room, so there was nothing we could do about it. This is the first time an accommodation has advertised a safe, and there hasn't been one available when we got there. Also, the breakfast was pathetic - you had to walk down the stairs, around the block to a cafe and get one miserable croissant. I didn't bother the next day. Other hotels in Italy and in the rest of Europe put on magnificent buffet breakfasts, but not here.
