Had to book this last minute! Staff was very nice, and helped as much as they could. Most of them spoke enough English to communicate well. It's close to the metro and lots of buses. The first room I had, had a TINY shower, and I am not a large person, but was hoping for at least a half shower. The mini fridge and TV didn't work, they kindly moved me to another room. I asked for a late check out, but they were too busy to accommodate. They came to fix the fridge in my old room which was upstairs at 930, my one day to sleep in all I was awoken by drilling. The room flooded at some point in the morning before I left. The water was coming up from the floor and ended up flooding the entire room. I was sure I paid the 4 or so euro a day tax through the website, but they still charged me 12$ when I left. Staff was pretty nice! (Have photos but they're not live so I am not sure I can upload them, but I have a great video of a worm in the extra blanket and the bathroom flood).
