Location and service were exceptional. Staff helped arrange transportation to the airport and was responsive. I was disappointed when first going into the room. It had an odd smell, the walks were so scratched and dirty on the baseboards. I honestly felt like I walked into a motel 5. The toilet had green mold from sewage. I honestly thought the room would be different. Once we opened the windows and walked outside we forgot about the room and once again felt in Rome.

This property was in a good location for walking to restaurants and sights. The room was clean. The beds and pillows were very hard, so sleeps were not great. It wasn’t what I was expecting- thought it was a hotel but maybe more defined as bed & breakfast? (Breakfast not included but you can add on as an option I think). The staff are only present from 9-2pm but were very good with communication.

Highly recommend. Located perfectly in the center near everything, very nice air conditioning. Also, very detailed and prompt communications through WhatsApp was exceptional. Only minor drawback was that the beds were VERY hard.

Can’t go wrong.
Location is amazing, great food and shops very very close, some are literally next door. The room is basic but provides for all your needs. Walking distance to night life and the perfect home base for a Roman Adventure!

It was a great stay! The shower heads can be cleaned. I saw the blackened like mold... Other than that, we had a nice time resting and had fun exploring the area. Great location.

Excellent location to explore Rome. All major sites are walkable from here. There are tons of cafes and restaurants at your door steps. Very convenient. Friendly and accommodating staff. It is a little tough to find but the directions provided by staff were very helpful.

Location is 10/10 but the cleanliness of the suite was not adequate. There is traces of hair left behind every time our sheets are fixed. The washroom had stains in certain areas that should’ve been cleaned like under the toilet seat and within the shower. They never replaced basic toiletry or drinks when they came into our room. Overall we couldn’t wait to go to our next hotel because we really didn’t enjoy the cleanliness.

Hotel is well located with great access to main attractions by bus or by foot. Close to Trastevere for nightlife and restaurants. Located on a small street next to local shops and grocery stores. We had a bit of difficulty with the self check-in process as we were told that the hotel would communicate the information 4 days prior to check-in... they never did. We called - in day of check in with the help of a local. Some of the phone numbers provided did not work. When they did, they were limited to reception hours (9am-2pm). Even during reception hours, the receptionists either left before 2pm or showed up after 9am... not professional. Rooms were overall clean. Mini-fridge included. Shower did not have a handle on the inside, difficult to get out. There were chipped shower tiles. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Please be aware of the Rome tourist tax fee: 6 Euros per person, per night.

Short stop, only one night. The location is ideal and the bed is very firm. Staff kind and helpful. Good instructions before arrival. No complaints. Recommend.

Bugs were flying around the room, shower was covered in mold. Staff is only there from 8-2. The building is shared with other facilities and the inside is sketchy with an extremely small elevator and stairs to climb.
