We had a late check in and everything was good. The next day we left the tag to have the room cleaned up and in the evening we found the room uncleaned. It was raining so we had used most the towels and they weren’t replaced. After a brief conversation with the receptionist he said not to leave the tag for cleaning and it may confuse the cleaning staff. He was kind and handed us some clean towels. Next day we left the room without any tags and saw the cleaning staff on our way out and asked her to clean the room and advised the front desk staff as well. Assuming all will be ok this time we came back to uncleaned room again and this was very disappointing as it was still raining and we were drenched and needed some dry towels to dry ourselves. All the wet/ dirty towels were all there in the room which created a musty smell. Plus, the soap dispenser had run out of soap so all this time we had no soap or shampoo for use. Luckily we had our own.

Good proximity to Roma Termini to get back to and from the airport. Staff were very helpful but found it weird that you have to hand your key into reception every time you leave the property.

Seriously dated but near to Termini so easy to get around the city in the heat (36 deg ), Termini has good options for food. Would be walkable in cooler months. Staffed 24/7

Good value, but needs an update
The hotel was OK, but be aware that the pictures posted on their website are very optimistic and in reality it was a lot more tired. It also advertises things like a hotel bar which didn't seem to exist - there was a small communal area downstairs which was pretty grotty. Pros: + Good value + Clean + Staff were generally friendly + Well situated + My room was quiet + Wifi was stable Cons: - Very tired and outdated - They require you to hand your key into reception whenever you leave the hotel, this was mandatory - Room was quite dark, chair was uncomfortable and there was a funny smell in the room too - Curtain was more netting than a curtain - Aircon was rather lacklustre, although was the height of summer so to be fair it had quite a job! In all, the hotel does the job but it's not the sort of place you want to spend much time in (but Rome is great & plenty to see, so your not going to be in the hotel much anyway). Personally, I wouldn't stay here again - I think there are nicer hotels in Rome at a similar price point
