Excellent hotel, very centrally located near Termini station and very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable, clean room and a very nice continental breakfast with a large selection of food

Scary ugly outdated uncomfortable hotel

Scary place ... very outdated, old fashion keys, unable to control a/c from bedroom so it is controlled by front desk, front desk closes and does not open until 7:00 a.m., elevator is very scary. The only way to communicate with front desk is via room phone and phone did not work!!!. Ugly hotel ... will definitely NOT recommend.

Really good location if you want to be near Teminni train station to catch shuttle bus from there to airports or to catch a train to another city.

More spacious space in movement

The hotel needs to be more spacious in movement of people moving around. Water facility must be must.Room is very good with all modern facilities.Television needs to be bigger.

the Location is good, we got three rooms one of them it was like storage( it was too small and beside the stairs so we can't sleep at all) and we asked for another room they answered us with rude " this is what we have " even they didn't try to provide us a better room or any compensation

Nice hotel close to Termini Station

Nice place to stay, breakfast was ok. Room was clean and spacious. Only negative thing was the heating, that could only be regulated by calling the reception and they would switch on the air condition, which we couldn't stand for more than 15 minutes due to the hot, dry air. When switched off, the room would cool down really quick.

Great customer service!

I stayed at this hotel with two of my friends and we weren't at the hotel much but it was perfect for a night in Rome. The location wasn't super close walking to all the monuments we wanted to see but it was maybe a 7 minute taxi ride. The 24 hour desk service was very convenient and the man at the front drew us up an entire diagram for all the places we should see and how to get there. He was awesome!

Strictly functional room not for everyone

Room had no air conditioning, only a ceiling fan that was very loud and in poor shape. Also ceiling fan was extremely dirty. Bathroom was also very small with toilet basically in the shower like like an RV or boat showers sometimes are. Strictly functional room. Very bare bones. OK if you are only looking for a place to crash for cheap. Not a place you will want to spend time in.

Close to the termini station, within 5 minutes walk reached the hotel. Building is old but compared the price it's okay.

Not worth it.

Check in was difficult as reception had limited to no english which was sort of expected. Room smelt like smoke and bleach. Room was not depicted like online pictures. There was no a/c, television (perhaps it was controlled by the reception?), no wi-fi without extra cost - limited one hour by connecting to nearby network. Walls are extremely thin, could hear neighbours. BEWARE of corners of bed - hit my knees a couple of times. Room is also extremely dim.

Location and value for money

very close to Termini train station and were able to walk to many sites as well. Room basic but comfortable, clean and all you could need. Really good value for money I thought and the cheapest and best hotel I've stayed in Rome, by far.
