This property was very clean and conveniently located to the Vatican. Francesco was extremely congenial and helpful. Our room was quite small so I wish I had reserved a larger room to accommodate us and our luggage. Definitely would stay there again.

Francesco was very welcoming and provided plenty of great tips for restaurants as well as getting around Rome. It was an easy walk to St Peter's Square. Initially we thought the train tracks behind the apt would be an issue, but the noise was minimal.

Our host was extremely welcoming. He made a point of being there when we checked in and spent. 25 min with us going over the area, sights to see, dining options etc. He showed us our room and went through everything in detail. When we left he helped us with our luggage and waited with us for our taxi. This facility was great and our host was excellent!

It is in excellent location. Francesco is an amazing host. If you are looking for some place to sleep, while have Vatican and Rome Center pretty close, this is "The Place".

Just stayed here with my wife and we both loved it! The check in process was excellent and he told us great recommendations for restaurants, popular cites to see and ways to get there. It’s far enough away from the center of Rome to not get hit my the tourist traps and get a more relaxed experience. Then he also called us a cab and we saved a little by not getting an Uber.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Francesco is so professional, so knowledgeable and will provide you with all the information you need for a remarkable stay. Room is so spacious, so clean and beautifully set up. Area around LDV Guest House is safe and transportation is within few mins walk. We will definitely be back:)

Mr. Francesco the host is super helpful!!! The property is clean. Close to the San Pietro train station. Minutes away from st Peters square. Beds are nice. We travelled with family and the single beds added for children are great.

We had an amazing time. Francesco, our host was incredible. He took the time to explain how to get everywhere. He booked our transport from airport to the hotel & from the hotel to the train station. When we arrived at his hotel he took almost 1 hour to explain how to get to all the major attractions of the city. He explained how to manage in getting attractions tickets at the last minute! Very close to Vatican City, room is very clean, the common area very clean. We had earl check in and we could leave our luggage while we waited for our train ! At the end we highly recommed Leonardo Da Vinci guesthouse, Francesco is an incredible host !thanks for everything Grazie Pasy

You won’t regret it!
From before I even arrived, Francesco was so helpful with my planning and arrangements. You will not regret staying at this space!! We had a room with a balcony which was quite lovely to sit out on and relax/regroup after exploring Rome. Everything was immaculate and up to date and modern amenities. We were even able to leave our luggage behind while we did another day of exploring the city, after we had checked out.. which was so appreciated!! The most gracious and kindest host!! He will warm your heart and make you feel like he has known you forever and will guide you along the way!!!

I'm glad we stayed at this guest house. Overall wonderful experience. Location....20-minute walk to St Peters/Vatican museums, 5-minute walk to bus stop, 10 minutes to a grocery store and around the corner from a few local restaurants. Host.... Francesco is awesome!! Answered my questions prior to arrival and gave great advice on getting around the area. A super nice guy! Room....not huge by US standards but very nice. Clean, well appointed, comfortable bedding, very modern. A nice feature is the blackout shade to help adjust after an overnight flight from the states. I can't say enough good things about our stay at this guest house and will stay there again the next time we are in Rome.

My sister and I visited Rome on October. We really liked Leonardo Da Vince Guest House. The room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was very conformable. Excellent service, Francesco was very helpful and provided plenty of information on local transit, places to visits, hours, etc. We arrived around 9:00 am and the room was available. I would definitely recommend this place.

This is my second time staying here.The property manager, Francesco, is the best. He’s very friendly & helpful with suggestions for restaurants, which buses to take, etc. And he’s always quick to respond to texts when you’re out & about touring around & you have a question. The neighborhood is nice & quiet with great restaurants one block away, and a fabulous bakery 2-3 blocks away. Don’t hesitate to book here. You won’t regret it. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Rome. Thanks again, Francesco!
