Such a great hotel, right next to gellataria, less than half a mile from Panthenon, and a thirty minute walk to Sistine Chapel amd Vatican Museum. An old elevator give the place great charm and the trims are fantastic. If I get to go back to Rome, I will be staying here again.

It was a smaller hotel than expected, maybe 6 rooms in total. however as we got to know the staff who worked only in the day time, they were very helpful and accommodating and helped us greatly with our travel plans. Don’t expect a big lobby as you come in to very secured locked doors. We would consider it again.

Ir was centrally located to get to the main tourist sites. It was easy to walk to all areas. The check in was easy and they provided a map to all the attractions. The only thing negative about the stay was we thought breakfast was included, but it was not and we had to pay for it.

It was better than I expected. Located across the releic called Torre De Argentina (known to be where Julius Caesar was assasinated,), the place was situated in the heart of city. It was not easy to find unless you have your own car, but is worth more than what you pay for. The room was super clean and comes with a large private balcony where you can wine and dine for a bottle of wine. The breakfast was simple, but more than what I needed for a family of 5. Vincent is a manager working at the reception, who was kind and helpful, but never smiles. I will return to this hotel consisting of 6 rooms, because of him who I think is obsessed about being organized and clean. He represents the hotel himself! Many thanks to Vincent.

Great hotel to pick for your stay in Rome

Fab hotel, great location, friendly, helpful staff. With a set up of 6 guest rooms and a breakfast room, its a great combination of feeling like an air bnb but with the service and attention of a hotel. Don't hesitate to book it. We walked everywhere from here, all the sights, plus exploring areas over the river for nice little dinner spots that were less touristy. Would come back here in a second if I came to Rome again.

Impossible to get a descent sleep

I booked this place because of all the high reviews on Expedia and elsewhere. Unfortunately they are very deceiving. First of all, this is more of a hostal for students than a hotel you want to travel with kids. It's located on the 2nd floor of an office building. The place has a small hall with a desk, a corridor that takes you to 4 of the 6 rooms, and a dining room. The other 2 rooms are located next to the dining room. The room they gave us faced the street. There's a tram that operates every day from around 5am to past midnight. Every time it goes by the place felt like it was going to fall apart because of the rambling. So, needless to say, it was impossible to get a good night's sleep. The staff were attentive and tried to accommodate us, but since they didn't have any other available rooms they simply gave us ear plugs. We ended cutting our stay at this place short and went to a different and much better hotel for the rest of our stay in Rome. I'm glad we did but we lost 2 precious nights at this horrible place.

WOW Customer Service & Exceptional Location

We travelled a lot and we have to say this is the friendliest hotel we ever stayed. Lovely room,great breakfast, location was excellent. It is licated in the centre of most attractions. Both Franco and Edizon provided us first class service and treat us like their family. They always make sure our needs are being taking care off. Consistently offering us valuable advise and suggestions! We will definitely stay here for our next trip in Rome!

Beautiful and comfortable European apartment/hotel

We traveled to Rome with our three children (11, 13 and 15) and wanted something in walking distance from everything and we sure got it. The room was spacious and clean, with beds for everyone (families of 5 can attest to how hard it is to find something for 5 people without getting two rooms or having one child sleeping on a fold out cot) and a comfortable, air conditioned room. We even got our own "private" balcony. We arrived late to FCO from France and the hotel staff arranged a private van to bring us to the hotel and met us outside and helped us with our bags. Breakfast was truly complementary and extensive and the staff could not have been nicer. Would highly recommend this to a friend!
