convenient but there are issues

i booked it based on the good reviews from others, but my stay was unfortunately not the same as theirs. it is noisy from night to the early morning and the water hydrant on the corner runs 24/7. there is smell of backed up plumbing right before entering our room. it is convenient. it is near termini station for those who need to catch trains, subways, or airport buses. there are many mini marts and restaurants (no comment on the restaurants since i didn't eat at the ones nearby). the staff are nice.

Great location 5 min walk from the train station

Friendly helpful staff and the hotel is situated up a quiet back screet. One morning we needed to print off vouchers for a trip we had booked and the staff were happy to help. The room was comfortable and clean, There are no tea or coffee making facilties in the room but again the staff were really helpful and were happy to lend us a kettle from the kitchen. There was a fridge in the room. Breakfast in not provided out of season but there are plenty of shops - mini stores nearby that sell friut and sandwiches and loads of cafes. Virtually oposite the hotel is a good restaurant.

Rome stay

Room was small but clean, warm and cosy. Staff were very friendly and helpful with tour advise. It's local to the termini and not far from most attractions. It's the third time I have stayed here.

Too much noise at night, one of the staff was really uptight. He did not even some at us. Hannah was really nice. He shouldn’t be in the front desk.

Only 5/10 minutes walk from Termini

Great location to main station, but can walk pretty much everywhere. Surrounded by food places. More authentic restaurants are a bit further way. Staff very helpful in recommending things to do.

The hostel is generally convenient. Restaurants and stores are close. But the hostel is a bit dark and quiet which made me a bit uncomfortable. The worst thing is that no hot water is supplied there, which means it is impossible to bath there.

Good hotel close to the train station

This hotel was a good value. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and the train station was only 10 minutes away.

Great location

Papa Germano's is a great little hotel near the train and Metro stations. The front desk staff are very helpful, provided a map, as well as directions and advice for any sightseeing we wanted to do. There are several great restaurants in the area. The room and bathroom were the smallest we've stayed in, but it was clean, quiet, and in a great location.

Papa Germano's is only a 5 minute walk (once you know where you're going) from Termini station. the place itself is ok shared bathrooms were relatively clean. Service can depend on who is working on the day but overall they were helpful enough.
