I traveled solo & this place is just perfect. The room is well kept. The air-conditioned is great. Its walking distance to some tourist area.& near to metro, busses & 12-15mins walk to roma termini station. Lorenzo is so well organized & supportive on my check in day. Absolutely highly recommended.

Lorenzo is a superb host! This accommodation was perfect for my son and I during our 9 days in Rome. There are a bar and a gelateria right downstairs and so many food options, we never ate at the same place twice! Our room overlooked a piazza with a fountain and there were two churches right near the B & B. The Colosseum is visible from the front door. The front is an easy spot to meet up with a taxi. The a/c worked consistently well during our stay and the mini fridge was so helpful to keep nasoni water cold. The shower was great, the tap water was cool and refreshing, and the beds were comfortable. The only negative is that the room is very dim, even with all of the lights on. Our trip to Rome was fantastic and the Piazetta de Monti made it even better! We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to stay there again someday in the future.

Very nice property,apartment converted into rooms to rent clean beautiful,our driver was so nice called and found the place . Property is very close to colosseum, except no staff on the property we had to call or text to communicate also has air condition but blew dust needs to change filter or clean it overall was good

Rooms are dated and much smaller than in they look in the photo, bathroom had stains on the wall possibly from a bottle of champagne that sprayed the wall. It was very difficult contacting the property prior to arrival. We did not see an email sent to confirm arrival date and time and could not get in. When we finally connected via messaging we received entry info but could not open building door with the PIN code. Do your best to connect with them prior to arrival to avoid the above!

The hotel is located very close to the Colosseum and The Forum. So close that you can see the Colosseum from the street. Many restaurants and areas to shop. Additionally all the other major sites are within walking distance and the metro is super close and easy to use. Giuseppe is the person we coordinated with. He is AMAZING! He provided so much help and was just a major pleasure. He was the first person we met in Rome and he set the stage well for an incredible stay. He provided us a great list of restaurants and as requested provide us places for specific things we were shopping for. He also was willing to book transportation for us to the airport. When we come back to Rome we will stay here again.

My room was the perfect size for one person. The double glass window provided quiet at night in the busy area. They give the option to not have housekeeping come in during your stay to be more eco-friendly and save on towel washing. Great location close to many restaurants and main tourist attractions like the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. They allow you to keep your luggage in the front office after your check-out time if you have a later departure as well. Very clean historic building.

Nice room close to Colloseum.
The room was well presented and located only a 5 minute walk from Rome's attractions including Colloseum. The area was also nice. Hostesses very helpful despite our poor Italian.

Difficult checkin and non functional wifi
Stressful checkin and lack of working wifi detracted from a great location and nice room. For checkin there is only a four hour window (3-7) outside of which there is a 20€ fee. This wasn't clear or in any of the details I received about the booking (it was hidden in the fine print). You also had to let the hotel know exactly when you're arriving which can be stressful if your flight/travel plans don't go as anticipated. I was hoping to use wifi for work but couldn't even load email or use google maps. Overall this is not a hotel I would recommend.

Close to coluseum
Hotel was close walking distance to the coluseum. However, the AC was a fan and the room did not stay cool. Also, our room look out into the fountain courtyard which is where people go to drink until 4am so it was very loud. Hard to sleep at night at stay cool.

Great location near the heart of Rome just 2 blocks from the Colosseum. Clean.& comfortable. Safe area. Pleasant staff (though limited hours). They accommodated us allowing us to leave our baggage in the morning (prearranged) before check in so we could explore the city. We stayed 4 nights with no problems. Would highly recommend..

The location was 10 minutes from the Colesseum and hop-on hop-off pick ups so very convenient in that regards. Plus many places close by to eat at. The only problems we encountered were: 1) located next to a local hangout (fountain) so after hours it got a little noisey and 2) trying to get in touch with them to let them know when we would be arriving as they do not have a front desk so no one is there all of the time. However, they were very helpful when making arrangements for taxi & taking care of the room each day.

Excellent overall stay here with a great location. Only a few minutes walk to the Colosseum. Perhaps a English speaking phone number on arrival would be useful as we arrived late with no reception area a little tricky to get into room. Some help from a local help to sort it but phone number provided only gave an Italian speaking person who didn't help us. Bathroom could do with a little updating but this is minor and did not affect the stay. Two lots of double glazing made the room super quiet which was good as its right next to the busy piatsa.

Great Location
It has a great location and is close walking distance to the Colosseum, Altar of the Fatherland (Victor Emmanuel II monument), Roman Forum and Capitoline Museums. The suites are clean and staff are friendly. The only thing they need is a 24/7 front desk for guests to check-in and check-out.

Great for a short stay.
Did not realize when I made the reservation that it was more of a B&B. We arrived a little early and it almost felt like they weren't expecting us at all. Once we were let into the building by another owner and figured out where to check in it went smooth. It wasn't quite what I expected. But cozy. The room was a bed and private bath with stand up shower. Only one temp for the water. A little on the hot side. All in all, it was safe, clean, location was perfect. It was all we needed for our two nights in Rome.
