The hotel was nice but basic. I thought I was to have fresh flowers in the room, but didn't. I had to ask for more coffee, the heating didn't work but they did get it fixed along with fixing one of the bathroom sink's plugs that was stuck. The worst part was the internet connection/wifi. It barely worked on our phones and didn't on my laptop. The bed and sheets were extremely comfortable, the shower was lovely and the chocolates and Prosecco a nice welcome. All in all, the place was nice but average, not what I would expect for a 4 star hotel but if you want comfortable basic, then this would be perfect. The staff was always very responsive and helped me with a driver back to the airport very early on NY's day.

Nice big room perfectly appointed- best location to reach all Roman attractions on foot - the hotel crew was very helpful and friendly which really helped maximize my days - the owners of this hotel are in attendance and they care about their guests.

Great Location in the Heart of Rome
We had a great stay at Relais Rione Ponte in Rome. It is conveniently located a couple blocks walk to the Pantheon and the Piazza Navona. It is also convenient for public transportation and within short walks of other major attractions in Rome. Our room was very spacious and had a comfortable king size bed. The bathroom was also very spacious and had a very large shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, and helped to fix a small issue we had with our air conditioning. They also helped us to coordinate our airport transfer on our final day. Overall, we’d highly recommend Relais Rione Ponte for your sightseeing stay in Rome!

Silvia, Sabine and Guiseppe were a delight as a hotel staff. We had a late/delayed flight and Silvia allowed us a self check in that we were grateful for. Our bed was comfortable and the location was absolutely amazing.

We really liked the hotel itself, however it was tricky to get into because it is located on the second floor of like an apartment building and there is no 24h concierge. We had to let ourselves in and buzz into the “hotel”. Great location but overall tricky. Room was beautiful but probably would not stay here again.
