The host was extremely helpful and always polite. Rooms were well appointed and clean. Very nice stay at the San Pietro Boutique Rooms….close walking distance to Vatican City.

Great location, clean, cute but tight

The hosts were very nice and accommodating. The location was good since it was close to restaurants and the Vatican. The place was very clean and cute but it was very tight for our family of 3 (travelled with my husband and our 1 year old). Thankfully we only stayed there for 1 night so it wasn’t bad. I think this place would be great for solo travelers and couples.

Very nice stay close to the Vatican

Very clean room, in a good location close to the Vatican. The neighborhood has a lot of restaurants nearby, as well as a subway station. It is not a true hotel, but the cleanliness of the room, and the service was excellent.

Great place!

I had a great stay! It’s clean and beautiful. The staff is very helpful. They allowed me to leave my luggage while I took a tour of Rome. It is very quiet and the beds are comfortable. I really appreciate their hospitality!

Francesca & Diego were wonderful hosts. Francesca gave us insights of Rome & directions of places of interests. Diego help us a lot for our heavy luggages & the other guy didn’t able to get his name. Highly recommended for couples with adult children.

Wonderful 3 day stay

This is a perfect place to stay in Rome if you are interested in staying near Vatican and other sites. It is spotlessly clean (it could pass the white glove test) it is cute and has great walking access. My wife and I spent three days and loved it. The check in was so friendly and flexible. The helped us with maps and directions to the places we wanted to see. They took time to answer all of our questions. (in English) Perfect spot for our vacation.

Charming Guest House in Residential Neighborhood

Our stay was great. Our room was very comfortable -- ac worked well; loved the shower. The location was awesome -- we walked to all major sites. Loved being in a neighborhood with many restaurants frequented by locals nearby. To avoid street noise, ask for the rooms facing the courtyard. Don't expect this to be like a hotel -- we only saw the owners when we checked in. There was an emergency number to contact them which we never needed.
