The room I booked was not the room given to me with the price I paid for it. I booked a big size room and I was denied by the staff to get the room I reserved. They said with two people reservation they placed us in a smaller room just because of two ppl. Which is absolutely not fair to me and my mom. We paid for a big size room and feel comfortable but they placed us in a small room. All The pictures are deceiving that they post on Expedia. It is not what they advertise. Very disappointed and will never stay there AGAIN. Customers should always get the room they request NOT by how many people they feel should get hell which room. At the end of the day I am paying for the room. I wish I Did not stay there. They even advertised free breakfast for my 5day stay there and was told day of check in they will not provide this service. Very disappointed. Not worth your money.

Someone needs to talk to Giacomo,the owner operator. He places guests in different properties whitout prior notice. I made a reservation for a room in Via del Corso 43, and end up in Via de la Frezza 53. Why, I don't know. Maybe, he feels like it. I wouldn't rent anoher room from this person.

Extremely convenient location. I had room 1 with the balcony and really enjoyed people-watching and having the sense of the liveliness of the city. The other window had space that I essentially used as a window seat. If you are sensitive to noise, this would not be the room for you since it overlooks the main thoroughfare to the Piazza del Popolo, though the noise lessens quite a bit with the windows closed and does die down by midnight or so. The room was plenty spacious (enough extra floor space to do yoga daily) and cleaned daily, which was great. There’s a coin operated laundromat around the corner (machine adds the detergent automatically so very convenient). Giancarlo and Maria were both very responsive to any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again when next in Rome.

We stayed here for 4 days. I’ll start with the positives, great communication from the staff prior to our arrival. They arranged our transportation from the airport to the hotel, which was really helpful. The room was small but clean. The bed was ok. Beverages in the fridge were complimentary. The bathroom was small as well, but everything worked as it should. As far the location goes, no complaints there as it’s close to everything within walking distance. Now, for the negatives, the AC did cool the room as it should. The wifi didn’t work at all. The pillows in the bed were not comfortable. Over all, our stay was ok, but not great.
