Nestled on picturesque Seneca Lake, this year-round, second-floor retreat boasts sky-high ceilings adorned with skylights, bathing the space in an abundance of natural light. Each room is equipped with ceiling fans, heat and AC to ensure your comfort in every season.

Step onto the private balcony directly from the living room and immerse yourself in the tranquil symphony of birdsong, cricket chirps, and sound of lake waves lapping on the shore. For a closer encounter with nature, a leisurely stroll leads you to the water's edge, where you can unwind in Adirondack chairs on the dock, witness the lake's breathtaking sunsets, or jump in for a refreshing swim.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with lots of counter space, full-size appliances, a microwave, and an outdoor propane grill—perfect for savoring home-cooked meals with a view. Awaken in the plush queen-sized bed to the gentle hues of the lake (indirect view), promising a serene start to your day.

The bedroom, a cozy sanctuary, is mere steps from a full bath that pampers you with a heated ceramic tile floor and a spacious shower. Essential amenities, including a hair dryer, toiletries, and towels, are thoughtfully provided for your comfort.

For your convenience, a washer and dryer, along with laundry essentials and an iron, are discreetly housed in the hall closet.

Entertainment is at your fingertips with Wi-Fi and a Smart TV, but the true spectacle lies beyond the screen. Seneca Lake’s ever-changing scenery - vibrant birdlife, mesmerizing sunsets, and the dark starry night sky—offers a natural symphony for the senses. Please note: The bedroom is bathed in natural light from numerous skylights and windows. While this creates a bright and airy atmosphere, guests requiring complete darkness for sleep may wish to consider this aspect.

Also note, your hosts live onsite in a detached home, ensuring plenty of privacy due to the layout of the two buildings but close enough should you need any assistance.
