Cozy one bedroom apartment for up to 4 guests in a beautiful residence with swimming pool, just 650m from the beach. It can be located on the ground floor with garden or on the first floor with a terrace. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a well-equipped kitchen, a double sofa bed, and a tv, a bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet.
Air conditioning is available with dual cooling/heating function.
Private parking space. WiFi available from 01/04 to 30/09.

° Guests are welcome to enjoy the residence swimming pool, designed for both adults and children. The pool is accessible from 10:00 to 13:00 and then again from 15:00 to 19:00. Note that the pool operates seasonally and it's open between 01/06 and 08/09. Please note that the use of a pool cap is mandatory.
Moreover, a bicycle rental shop is located at just 150 metres from the property, a supermarket at only 250 metres and the closest bar and restaurant are 100 metres away.
