The generous open plan living area features a large sofa, armchair and a smart Tv as well as a dining table. There's a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home. High speed broadband is also available throughout the apartment, perfect for streaming TV (e.g Netflix), and all your browsing, social media and emailing needs. The comfortable and spacious bedroom features a king sized bed made up with crisp hotel linen, as well as a desk/dressing table and plentiful storage space for clothes. There is also a sofa bed in the living area for 1 additional guest if required for an additional fee (please select 3 guests when booking). The modern and clean bathroom features a powerful shower along with a bath and includes complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels for your use.
Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the entire apartment.

Rotherham can be easily navigated on foot, and you will find everything you need within a short distance of the apartment.
The main train station as well as the bus interchange are just a 10 minute walk away

Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to late check-in fee.
