Unwind, relax, and enjoy life in this gorgeous Southwest Florida Villa in the beautiful golf community of Rotonda West. This home away from home has all the amenities you could ever ask for along with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a 2 car garage.
Take a swim in the screened in heated pool that faces the gorgeous canal teeming with Southwest Florida’s most breath-taking wildlife. After a relaxing dip in the pool, grill on the 4-burner gas grill and enjoy your meal in the lanai as you listen to the soothing breeze whip through the trees nearby.
Inside you will find furniture of the finest-quality and of the upmost comfort. The living room has 2 leather love seats and a 3 seat leather sofa for you to watch your favorite shows and movies on our large flat screen HD TV with cable. Or gather around the coffee table to play some of the board games we have on deck.
The open floor concept that features high ceilings also has a formal dining area and a breakfast nook nestled by the bay window from which you can look out to the canal and the pool as you sip on some delicious steaming hot coffee.
If you are a cook, this is the perfect luxury villa for you! The spacious kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and utensils you’ll need to make a hearty and succulent meal for you and your loved ones.
The master bedroom features a spacious walk in closet and in-suite bathroom. It also has a TV for you to lay back, relax, and doze off as you watch your most beloved programs or films.
The villa has a split bedroom design with 2 rooms located on the opposite side of this slice of heaven. The second room has a Queen bed and a giant closet, and the third room features another big closet and 2 twin beds. Enough room to comfortably sleep 6 people!
We have thought of every detail possible. We have beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles to cruise around in the neighborhood or to ride in the nearby 8-mile long Cape Haze Pioneer cycling and walking trail. We also have the softest and coziest linen and towels you could ever want. And of course, high-speed internet that covers the entire property at a blazing speed of 300 mb/s!.
The cherry on the cake is the location of this Villa. It is just 15 minutes’ drive from the local beaches at Englewood and Boca Grande Island. You can also find several public beaches within few miles with first class salt water fishing and water sports facilities all within reach. And as if that wasn’t enough, there are 8 public golf courses within 3 miles. Come and enjoy our marvelous Villa and enjoy life the way you deserve!

Multigenerational family vacation
Property was exactly as described. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed the bikes, and the nearby biking/walking trail. The pool was equipped with floats, noodles, and plenty of loungers in the shade or sun. The kitchen had everything you needed including spices and condiments in the fridge. The house was very comfortable, and in a nice quiet area. Loved all the birds and wildlife around. Restaurants and beaches within driving distance. An Excellent Adventure
I cannot say enough nice things about this VRBO experience. From the ease of booking to the quick responses by the owner to my (many) questions and the comfortable, spacious, well appointed accomodations. A lovely vacation. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Great restaurants and grocery store near by. And the beaches. . . oh my . . . the beaches are to die for. Enjoyed the pool, peace, and weather!
We absolutely loved our stay in Florida and really enjoyed the pool! The house is nicely decorated and comfortable. We definitely had a great time! Just a few small, inexpensive updates would make it even better. I think some of the sheets could be replaced (they were clean but pilly and could use new floor matts in the bathrooms, and needs new pool cover). I wish the washing machine had been a little new (didn't have a gentle cycle) but otherwise, it was what we needed! Vicky, the property manager, was super responsive! Anytime we had a question, she got back to us right away. Very helpful! The area was nice and quiet and not near a lot of businesses. For my husband and I, this was just fine. When our two college aged sons came to visit, they were wondering where all the fast food places were (Chipotle!) when they got hungry for their 4th meal of the day but they also had a great time. We loved seeing the wood storks that would appear outside the pool area, enjoyed the beaches, shopped in Venice, ate at the Englewood Seafood Festival, and explored other nearby locales. Great vacation!

Our second time here
Once again we enjoyed the stay. The pool got plenty of use. We finally got to see an alligator in the neighborhood. The wildlife was all around us this year. Saw an armadillo for the first time just a few feet from the house! Saw a wild boar on the way back from Boca Grande (to watch the sunrise). Saw a swimming turtle in the canal and a few different tortoises in the neighborhood. The great blue heron, white ibis and wood stork came to the lanai often. Our experience here is making us want to move to Florida permanently. I thank God for such a wonderful experience and great house we got to call home for two weeks.

Very Comfortable Family Home
We very much enjoyed Villa Rotunda. The house was clean and very homey. The location is perfectly situated for access to the surrounding areas of Boca Grande, Englewood, Venice and Punta Gorda. We particularly enjoyed the heated pool and the access to beach chairs and umbrellas for our trips to Boca Grande Beaches. The kitchen was well stocked I really enjoy cooking and I was able to make great meals for my family everyday. The grill was very handy to have as well. We are looking at renting again this time next year.

I want to thank Vicky for being a great and very responsive host. House was everything that was described in the listing. Location was close to the beaches and the neighborhood was super quiet. Close to Boca Grande, Manasota Key and Punta Gorda/Port Charlotte. If you have never stayed in Rotonda it is a maze of streets and canals and found it quite interesting. Good Golf courses nearby and many areas to fish. We enjoyed our time, Thank you

My husband and I stayed at this property in March 2022. Very comfortable home, cozy. All beds and furniture very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked, sufficient toweling available. Bikes available for us in Fair condition. Loved the pool---constantly heated well at 84 degrees, much welcomed in the record heat we had! We love the Rotunda area for much needed down time for walking, biking, golfing! Owner Vicki lovely and constantly available for any questions and to resolve any issues!

Excellent Customer Service
Very nice home in a quiet, yet accessible neighborhood. Five public beaches are within a 25 minute drive and numerous grocery stores and restaurants are within 10 minutes. The home is clean and has all of the amenities needed, including a heated pool with child protective barriers. This came in very handy when our young grandchildren visited. When something needed to be fixed, the owner’s response was lightning quick - faster than any we’ve experienced before. Overall a wonderful experience. Thank you.

If I Owned A House In Florida, This Would Be It!
Cozy, Warm and Welcoming as you step through the front door! Comfortable furniture and beds, nice appliances with everything you might need to cook a family meal! The Villa is also very clean! The pool is clean and warm. Nice relaxing area just chilling in the pool was what we wanted and boy did we get it! The community is nice, clean and quiet. But only 10-15 minutes from anything you might need. I would guess about the same time to a nice beach. The homeowner was a pleasure to deal with. Answered any questions we had right away. I will probably regret this, but I have to say this property is my favorite. I hope it will be available the next trip we take to Rotonda!

We took a King Fisher boat tour out to Cayo Costa, it was a lot of fun. If your looking for a very very quite property that is not close to anything this is a great location.

A Wonderful Time
My family and I had a wonderful time at Villa Rotunda. We couldn’t get enough of the pool. My better half and I found a place on Beach Rd. to go on a Sunset/ Dolphin boat tour. It was 25.00 cash per person and we’ll worth it! WE HAD DOLPHINS CHASING US AND WITHIN A FEW FEET FROM US!! We wish we could have stayed at the house longer and would love to come back! Thanks for letting us stay!
