30 km west of Rovaniemi, lake Sonkajärvi 25 m (legth 4 km, breadth 1,5 km), shallow soft muddy bottom, own boat.

Log cabin 2003, livingroom kitchen convertible sofa (=2 extrabeds), small sleeping room2 beds, sleeping loft 2 beds, washing room, dressing room, sauna (elec. stove), veranda 50 sqm. A baking oven in connection with the fireplace.Wi-Fi. A cozy cottage of Santa. In this cottage there's an air source heat pump which is adjusted to appropriate temperature (client can't make changes to adjustment).

Christmas related services on request / by separate payment. Eg. Santa Claus and elves can come to the cottage by separate booking / price (starting price year 2015: 150 euros). Reindeer safaris by separate booking / payment.

Mountain bikes and snow shoes can be rented by serarate agreement / price.

Very quiet place, neighbours cannot be seen.
