De suite après avoir constaté une erreur dans la date de réservation, j'ai souhaité la déplacer de 10 jours sans succès. Inadmissible et pitoyable pour un tel établissement et ce, malgré l'intervention immédiate de ebookers.

If you choose the prepaid rate, we can not confirm the free cancellation or the free modification of the date. Schneller und unkomplizierter Check-in. Das Bett wirklich angenehm und das Zimmer war groß genug. Für 1 oder 2 Tage reicht dieses Hotel vollkommen aus. Preis,-Leistung stimmt.

Super für die Durchreise mit dem Auto

Wir haben von Innsbruck auf dem Weg nach Venedig einen Zwischenstopp eingelegt in Rovereto. Das Hotel ist einfach zu finden, da es direkt an der Autobahnausfahrt liegt. Das Hotel ist sehr modern. Das Personal spricht englisch und ist sehr freundlich. Da uns das Restaurant im Hotel nicht so zusagte (sehr kleine Auswahl an Speisen). Haben wir uns auf den Weg an den Gardasee gemacht. Die Fahrt dort hin ist schön, jedoch ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Das Zimmer ist speziell. In unserem Zimmer konnte man vom Bett aus der Person unter der Dusche zusehen. Für uns war dies kein Problem und ich kann auch nicht sagen ob alle Zimmer diese durchsichte Dusche hat. Ich bin jedoch sehr zufrieden mit diesem Aufenthalt, da es nur ein "Durchfahrtshotel" war.
