The Primary Bedroom has a comfortable King Size Bed, Sitting Area, access to the Deck, Walk-in Close, smart TV, and Views of the Lake and Mountains. The lovely Ensuite Bathroom has an generous custom Shower, Jetted Tub, toilet, and a 2 basin sink counter with plenty of space to get ready for your day.

Bedroom 3: The Bunk Room- Perfect for Teens and Kids this giant room has 8 beds! 2 sets of Full size over Full size Bunk Beds, 2 sets of Twin size over Full size. A massive shelf and desk system designed for 2, adorable reading nook, Built-in Drawers for clothing and a Walk-in closet.

Bedroom 4: Downstairs (Walk out Basement Level)- Gorgeous King Size Bed and as a Bonus an Extra Living Room Space in the next Room.


Full Bathroom: Shower and Bath combo, toilet, and plenty of counter space for more than one to get ready for the day.

Laundry Room: Washer, Dryer with space to Iron for Guests Usage.
Deck with fire pit and unobstructed views of the Lake and Mountains.
Back Yard has a privacy fence for the safety of pets and children.
3 Car Garage.

The entire house is 2,790 sq. ft.
This is a private neighborhood in a gated community. We do NOT allow Parties nor any other sort gatherings without pre-approval. This is our most serious house rule as we do not want to disturb the neighbors.
5 CARS MAXIMUM, 2 must be parked in garage and 3 in driveway. No more than 3 cars in the driveway at any time. We prefer you park in the garage if you have 3 or less cars.
No Smoking or Vaping of any kind.
Pet's are Welcome upon Approval and Agreement of Pet Policy, with Pet Fee Paid.
Pets must be House trained, No more than 2 and Under 30pds (w/o prior approval, some exception with approval), stay off Furniture and Bedding, and not be left unattended in house.
Please be mindful of noise after 10pm and considerate of Neighbors
You must contact us within 1 Hour of Arrival if there is any issue with the home.
If there is ever any issues you must take pictures immediately and text them to the numbers provided.
You may self check-in anytime past designated check-in but Please try not to call us past 7pm unless its an emergency.
