Fairly new hotel highlighting energy efficiency with design and construction. Short drive into Stuttgart, and a short walk to the shops and restaurants in Rutesheim. Really quiet and allows for restful nights. The room is spacious and minimalist in design (which I am biased towards). Nice views from the rooftop terrace. The staff is superb, really nice and accommodating.

My New Favorite Hotel in Germany
Staying before a meeting at Porsche. 10 minutes away. Must say, this is my favorite hotel in Germany now. I honestly loved it.!!!!! Nice wood floors and ceiling with wonderful wood smell. Very comofortable bed with great pillows. Price is right. Breakfast was also wonderful, made to order and the bread was perfect. Not a creepy buffet but made to your order. Clean, fashionable, modern and new. It is not a full service big hotel, and the front desk shut down after 10PM but I honestly could not find any bad thing to say about this wonderful hotel. 100% I will stay here again. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

.....tolles Hotel, Neu, Nachhaltig, mit hochwertiger Ausstattung! Gute Zentrale Lage zur A8, 20-25 Min. bis zur Messe Stuttgart. Im Hotel nur Frühstück aber citynah mehrere Restaurants und Imbisse, auch zu Fuß erreichbar!

the whole hotel was a newly built building so everything was tidy and clean. location was reasonable to travel to the Messe. only downside was lack of extra services such as amenities.

Noisy hotel
Terriblely noisy from upper floor. The hotel it self was very clean and nice but soundproofing was so bad that I could hear every step of somebody walking with heels. The room no.1 was really bad. Nice wooden floor and interior were good.
