This fantastic house has recently been renovated and is located in the centre of Sa Pobla. The property can accommodate up to 5 people and is equipped with air conditioning, heating and free Wi-Fi.



There is a spacious living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with access to a friendly furnished terrace, three double bedrooms and a full bathroom. The accommodation is tastefully decorated and mixes modern and classic Majorcan styles.



Located in the north of Mallorca, Sa Pobla is a medium-sized town which has all possible amenities including big supermarkets, restaurants serving the best local and international cuisine, several shops, banks and pharmacies. In addition, Sa Pobla offers a wide range of cultural activities, especially in July (local festivals) and August (International Jazz Festival). But without a doubt, its most important festival is Sant Antoni, on the 16th and 17th of January, when its people honour their patron saint. Sant Antoni has recently been declared an Event of Cultural Interest by the Council of Mallorca. The location of the village allows you to easily explore the island, especially the northeast, since it is only a 15-minute drive from the beautiful beaches of Port d'Alcúdia, Platges de Muro and Can Picafort. From Sa Pobla you can also cross the island to Palma by train.

Decent house but building work was awful
House was fine but we were woken by building work each morning at 7.30am. The rental company said it was minor works, but definitely not. They stopped for the weekend and Easter Monday but it started again before we left. The house itself lacked a bright outside space so it was a little dark. All the amenities were there and it was a good location.
