Safe didn’t work and the shower door would not stay closed. It shows the owner or manager isn’t really eager to maintain the property. Also, the fact that the shower has no door separation from the rest of the room is just super odd. If you’re not a family or couple and traveling together, this would be a bit awkward. Really strange layout/design.

Charged my card $141 which should not of been charged. Called and the front desk stated it would be refunded and they needed a manager to input a pin. That was on Monday. It is now Friday and the front desk today, whose name is Tasha, was no help and couldn't have cared less. Stated to call after 1- no apologies. Now have had to file a dispute with my bank and the bbb.

I would stay again.

There is so many positives. 24 hour gym that was not clearly advertised. Nice bar area open till 11 this was great idea. The room had everything, spacious and very comfortable. However there was ants crawling on the bathroom floor when I got up in the morning. I was surprised considering we were on the 3rd floor. Thankful it wasn’t something worse. Location super convenient to restaurants and airport. Beds were clean and comfortable.

Very modern and clean, the guest area has a fun activity on each table and a pool table (felt smaller than bar size), room didn’t have a microwave, they stated they had a grab and go breakfast (didn’t know it was just muffins and yogurt and you had to pay for them) wanted to enjoy the pool but after check in they said it was closed due to environmental health reasons but I could sit by the pool so I did, just to be told I couldn’t sit by the pool because a photographer was coming.

Love the ALoft hotels . Beds are so comfy . Always clean . Spacious . Has all one would need . Love the old time radio speakers . Staff always knowledgeable and Friendly . Special shout out to Justine at the front desk . This hotel is going to lose a gem of an employee. Massive TVs . Great location in Sacto , 20 min to downtown . Hop skip and a jump to the airport . Most importantly this hotel is ADA accessible. The space , roll in showers makes it so easy for my partner to enjoy his stays away from home . If possible we will always look to stay at a ALoft if available . And no charge for parking ! Rating this hotel a 10 out of 10 ⭐️
