Great access to greenbelt to walk the dog. Room was comfortable. Price was right. Staff helpful and friendly. Beds around the hotel were overgrown could use some attention. A little wear and tear but overall a great stay.

Great affordable stay with attentive staff. There is a green belt behind the property perfect for walking your dog away from traffic. The landscaping could use some attention, lots of weeds. The rooms were comfortable, clean and well appointed.

Everything you need for a few days business trip..

This hotel stay was a refreshing change while in this City. The freeway noise creates a white noise of sorts that works great for me. The gym has enough space and equipment to get a good workout in. The floor is solid and doesn't feel like you have to tip-toe around in consideration of the neighbors below... They offered water refills and a water jug w/infusion at reception, free breakfast and a there is a bar near the lobby. My room was a mini suite that had a kitchenette - loved it as I stayed for more than one night. Definitely coming back.

Convenient Place to Stay

All of the staff were friendly and acknowledged your presence. Had an issue with the shower drain and it was fixed quickly. Will stay here while in Davis.

We love the Hyatt House properties as they have the separate bedroom option. The room was very clean and spacious however there is noise from the freeway which the separate bedroom option rooms face.(king bed rooms). The double queen separate bedroom option does have rooms that face the back of the building which would be quieter. We did enjoy our stay.
