Located in a quiet neighborhood with 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Open concept kitchen w/ dining room to take in Sunlight. Enjoy our 65-inch SMART TV with Netflix subscription in the family room, High-speed Internet browsing, comfortable beds, and relaxing pool in the luscious yard. Home is ideal for Visitors, Families, Business Travelers, executives, and more.

Our spacious newly remodeled Modern home is located in a quiet and family friendly neighborhood conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, entertainment and more... Great location with easy access to I-80.

House comes with 4 bedroom (1 king, 2 queens, and 1 double deck single beds) and 2 bathrooms with all you need to have an amazing stay! House includes fresh paint, newly upgraded kitchen with new cabinets and quartz countertops and full pantry. Enjoy your private backyard under the patio cover facing our swimming pool. Driveway parking and street parking available.

The property is equipped with video surveillance 24/7. Please provide the accurate number of guests staying during your reservation. Any unsolicited visitors will be considered as trespassing.

This property is equipped with NoiseAware technology. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and monitors decibel levels in living areas and outside to protect prevent noise complaints.

We have a pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside, especially if a door or window is left open.

To make sure that the pool water is clean and treated, we have pool maintenance, weekly. Despite these efforts, leaves may still fall because we are surrounded by trees.

Our party came into town for a weekend basketball tournament in Roseville. The interior of the house was clean and had been nicely updated. It was well temperature controlled and remained comfortable throughout our stay. After games on Saturday with the temperatures at 90+ the pool was awesome for our teens to cool off in while the parents enjoyed the deck area. The owners were prompt on all communications and accommodating to our needs.

This home is a spacious place perfect for families to spend quality time. We had hoped the pool or hot tub would be open, but it was not. Otherwise, the entire state was very enjoyable.

Love the location!
Our group stayed an entire week in this property and loved the cute neighborhood, safe location with lots of easy parking, and convenience of nearby shopping and services. We made a few recommendations for improvements, particularly in the very sparsely stocked kitchen. The hosts were super receptive and communicative, and have hopefully implemented some of our suggestions. There’s nothing major, but if you want things like serving dishes, decent pans, a full length mirror, or any cleaning supplies you should plan to bring them yourselves or check that the hosts have supplied them by now. For the price, this place was a good deal.

Updated interior but lacking communication
My family and I stayed for 5 nights. Check in was easy and the home looked just like the pictures. It “looked” clean but I brought a swiffer to mop since I have a baby. The floor was disgustingly black. I didn’t complain I just cleaned it. Then I got a message from the host “we are using a new vinegar cleaning solution just incase you think the floor is sticky ;) ” Obviously they were watching what was brought into the home which I understand but there is a difference in making sure your home is being taken care of properly and lurking all day on both cameras the front and the back. Day 1 I reached out to the host about the pool being dirty. And how I can turn on the cleaner. No response…then when I received the message about the floor I asked AGAIN if they received the message about the pool…. No response. Besides the flooring and pool the home was clean. But the main reason for staying there was for the pool. Which we were unable to use. It wasn’t just leaves (we cleaned those out) it was not clean enough to let kids swim in there. Very disappointing. Just for the fact of no communication and no sense of privacy I wouldn’t rent here again.

Convenient location, nice house, nice pool
The house was very clean, freshly remodeled, and cute. The key code entry made check-in very convenient. It was nice to have the pool, especially since it was such a hot weekend (100+ degrees). I felt "watched" since there were cameras in front and in the backyard, and a neighbor (the property owner?) frequently watched us through the fence. I understand that people sometimes rent houses with pools for the purpose of having parties, but that wasn't us. We had 2 middle aged women, 2 elementary aged children, and our 85 year old dad - all rule followers and not your typical party crowd. I felt like a bit more trust might have been extended. For this reason, we won't rent this one again.

The inside of the house was clean and set up very nice. The pool/hot tub was not clean upon arrival so we were unable to use either. This was one of the main reasons we chose this property. The hot water in the master shower is far from hot. I wouldn’t even consider it warm. The location was good for the basketball tournament that we were there for but I don’t think I would stay at this property next time.

I can’t say how truly pleased I am that the house resembled exactly how it is listed on VRBO. It was very clean and spacious, in addition to being very quiet. The spa was a nice finish to one of our evenings; I only wish it got a bit warmer than it did. I would absolutely stay here again in the future!

Overall, the house was very nice and spacious and a very pleasant place to stay. The pool was nice. We had difficulty managing the heating on the spa but it was nice. I would recommend buying some new towels as they were fairly small and worn. Only 1 towel provided per person so remember to bring towels for the pool.

Awesome stay, great location!
We were a family of 6 traveling to see family and attend a wedding. This location was perfect and super convenient to gyms, food, and a grocery store! It was more open and bigger than we though which was perfect for our family!! We would definitely stay here again in the future:)!

Great Modern House in a quiet neighborhood
It was easy check-in, large modern style house, very clean. Beds were crazy comfortable. WIFI and large TV in the livingroom with a huge comfortable sofa. Kitchen was well-stocked with coffee maker. (thanks for the xtra creamer). I spent my time enjoying the quiet and swimming in the pool. The pool needs some work, but it was clean and I enjoyed the temperature. I recommend if anyone wants a relaxing stay, this is the place. I needed quiet and I got it. If you are partiers or very loud people, this wont be the place for you. I highly recommend this place and if I go back up to the Sacramento area I will definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful home with a great pool!
The pictures are spot on. What you see is what you get. The inside has been meticulously updated. It is beautiful inside. The pool was clean, and we found everything we needed. The air conditioning works really well throughout the house. The host was readily available with helpful hints and was quite knowledgeable of places to go. Thank you!
