This is the worst place to stay. The pictures make it look nice, but the reality is very different. The area and the people are unpleasant. Save yourself the headache and avoid staying here. Void this place!!!!

Our tv didnt work at all, the sink was all dirty, bathrm was very dirty. There was stuff in the bathtub and black hair all over the back the bathroom door. The Curtins was broken as well and we had to make shift them so nobody could look into our rm.

This place is falsely advertised. It's extremely dirty with urine and smoke scents throughout. We walked out and demanded a refund.

What is going on with the place
Well they are in the middle of renovating I paid for a deluxe room witch is supposed to have all the amenities and it didn’t have a microwave or fridge ect, and the tv didn’t work unless I hooked my laptop up to it to watch movies my room didn’t have any towels or soap and the floor was really sticky from I don’t know what

Bad area forcsure unless u like that kinda scene and things like prostitution. The staff was fine. Room pretty small no chair, saw a roach, not the cleanest. Only thing was the bed was big and pretty comfortable compared to motel 6.

Dump of Sacramento
Holes in the walls. Broken glass on picture. Mouse bait all over room. Supposed to be a non-smoking room. Smelled of heavy smoke. There was an incense that was sticking out of the smoke alarm. They allowed the homeless to hang around the rooms. We immediately went to office and complained. The guy said wait 40 mins and we will get another room ready for you. The room had a stove to cook on. However there wasn't any pots or pans. No cups, plates, or utensils and the floors weren't cleaned. There was food splattered on the walls. This wasn't much better. We asked for towels and a blanket. The guy said that he would bring it to our room. NO-ONE EVER CAME! I would never ever recommend this dump stay at. We left and stayed elsewhere.

The most horrible place I’ve seen, I didn’t even stayed in the room, I specifically ask for a non smoking room, I notices sheets burned and debris in room, dirty towels, horrible experience.

Horrible hotel, no control. Bed was hard as a rock. Paint patches on the ceiling, missing smoke detector. Countertop duck taped. Bathroom shower leaked water like crazy. Ac unit made loud noise. No security people playing loud music
