Stopped here overnight on a road trip to LA. Just needed a clean safe place to lay our head for the night. The check in and check out staff were very nice. Decent price for the stay, would stay here again given a chance.

The are not witty and rip customers off at there store inside the hotel they make up reasons to keep your deposit they are greedy and slave drivers they even charge staff d for Costco snacks that are .5 cents a package they have a contract with the county fir homeless and advertise breakfast and they put out enough food for the staff when they no there getting the fattest tax break zzWho can put them Out of business let’s call the city

Monica was rude and unprofessional from the start, My rooms heater did not work, the hot water in the shower was luke warm NOT hot, the deadbolt didnt engage and the toilet clogged. I checked in late 10pm was sick and tired monica suggested I move rooms which i did not want to do as again I was sick (cold/flu) and tired. I asked for extra blankets to be brought down and a discount for the reasons above and monica refused to bring blankets to my room, and again I had to go out in the COLD, sick!

I noticed their cleaning is thorough, Peoples hair strands in the bathroom… lingerie hanging behind the ironing board, Red stains on the shower curtain, I told the front desk, she replied “ Yeah sorry about that I’ve been getting on the cleaners to do a better job. I stay due to affordability but as far as recommending this place to close friends of mind, I wouldn’t due to my poor experiences. Stayed here over 30 times. Same issue over and over. Would like a refund but don’t know if that’s possible. Always disappointed.

Very stripped down room for the night. They have everything you need it is just very under par. For instance the tissue paper is discount and thin. Just an example. The people who run the spot are very nice. The freeway side of hotel is kinda noisey but get a room on the other side. Breakfast is eggs, sausage waffles yogurt toast coffee. No teas or sweets.

My room was dirty, the bathroom door had a patched up area that looked like someone punched a whole through it. Also the main door to the room looked unsafe and had a big gap to the wall. The breakfast area was a huge mess and was not being attended to.
