13-15 of June. We slept there for one night and the next night, when we got to the hotel after 21.00 we could not get in with the key. We where not the only ones, there was at least two more couple that did not get in with their cards and one couple was from Germany they slept in their car. The hotels telephone number for emergencies did not answer nor the hotel reservation. We did not get a new card because the card-machine didn't find our reservation. We slept at another hotel. The next morning we told the staff (one person at that time) about the problems we experienced but he did not understand English. He fixed the card so that we got in the hotel room to get our luggage. He did not call management or anyone who spoke English. He told me to e-mail Louvrehotels when I showed him the receipt from the other hotel we had to spend the night in. Another problem that we experienced at this hotel was that the payment for the room was charged twice: once by Hotels.com (VISA when we reserved the room) and second one by the hotel because the card automat did not let us check in without the payment. We still havent got money back from double payment or 1 night that we didint get to the hotel or compensation from night we spent in other hotel. If automatic checkin would worked stay would have been ok. Hotel has to have number that answers if there is problem with automat. They have asked us bank info so they return only double payment but no compensation of night we didnt get in
