At Saint-Nectaire le haut, a 55m² house with a view of the Church and the valley, which has been renovated with taste and is fully equipped.
It has two bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people.
You can relax in the 500m² garden, or have lunch on the terrace while enjoying a beautiful view.
The open-plan kitchen includes two ceramic hob plates, a refrigerator, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
Self-check-in at the agency is possible, the balance and the security deposit must be settled in advance.
Options that must be requested at the time of booking:

- Linen kit including:
* Double bed: Fitted sheet + 1 duvet cover + 2 pillow cases (€30)
* Single bed: Flat sheet + 1 duvet cover + 1 pillow case (€15).

- Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning.
The key handover (arrival and departure) takes place at the Saint-Nectaire agency.

Tres bien
Logement fonctionnel et très agréable. Il m'a juste manqué des fiches explicatives sur l'utilisation du four et du lave vaisselle ainsi que des indications sur les poubelles. Dommage que le remboursement de la caution ne s'effectue que 15 jours après le départ !
Ceci ne nous a pas empêché de passer d'excellentes vacances et de profiter de la vue magnifique depuis la maison.
