In Saint-Nectaire le Haut, 55m² house with view on the Church as well as on the valley which is tastefully renovated and fully equipped.

It has two bedrooms and a capacity for 4 people.
You can relax in the 500m² garden, or have lunch on the terrace enjoying a superb view.

The American kitchen includes two ceramic hobs, fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.


Arrival in autonomy possible on request only when booking.

(The balance is the deposit must be paid beforehand for arrivals in autonomy).

Options:

(ATTENTION, our linen kits are biodegradable and disposable)

- Linen kit including:
* double bed: Fitted sheet + 1 duvet cover + 2 pillowcases (30€)
* small bed: Small flat sheet + 1 duvet cover + 1 pillowcase (15€) must be requested when booking.

- Bath towel: you forgot, we have bath towels for sale at €5 each (55 *120), at the end of your stay, take them home!

-Compulsory end of stay cleaning.

Semi-enclosed land

The ski resort at SUPER BESSE is located 35 minutes from the property.
Key collection (arrival and departure) takes place at the Saint Nectaire agency

Animals are accepted for an amount of 30€ per animal and per stay (limited to 2)
A deposit of 800€ (not cashed) will be requested when the keys are handed over. (cheque or bank imprint)
The reception is open from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. by appointment only in season (February, July and August)
