The room was dirty, the breakfast was stale bread, peanut butter and grape jelly, with a side of sad wrinkly apples. The ice machine did not work, there was construction material all over the place and construction sounds all day long. Avoid this hotel if you can.

This place is creepy. And empty. When we walked in there was no one at the desk. The person that showed up had no clue what he was doing. He didn't even have a uniform or a name tag. The room we were given had stains on the bedding. Everyone we spoke to said to stay away from this place it is bad news. Was told the cops are there all the time. Gives off a super creepy vibe. Felt very unsafe for my family.

Lack of towels in the room. One bath towel and one bath mat in one room. Two hand towels and a thin bath towel in the other. Called down to the front desk to get more. No answer. Left a voicemail and never received a response. Breakfast ABSOLUTELY pathetic!! White and wheat bread for toast, weak coffee, yogurt and apples. Period. Nothing else. No napkins even. We were in the breakfast room from 7:30-8:00. Woman came in around 7:40 with coffee cups and left. There was peanut butter and blueberry jam though. No butter. Renovations were being done and trash from that all piled up at one end of the building. Price was decent but wouldn’t stay there again.

Beds were filthy,dirt and stains on one bed.blood all over second bed.went to front desk to deal with it,employee at desk took paperwork and room keys then locked himself in back room and rang up charges on my credit card before I could block. Employee never returned,ended up staying somewhere else.

The positive side. Like the location as it’s walking distance to main restaurants and pubs also close to a liquor store. The negative loud trucks and rice rockets and lifted diesel truck racing by the hotel like the need to prove themselves and win the truck nutz brass balls trailer hitch redneck punk rice racer coffee can exhaust Trophy. This was just as disturbing as the cleanliness and Renos going on!

Pay the extra few dollars to go to a better hotel! Coffee machine didnt work, coloured water came out of the shower and room was not very clean. We had issues with checking in and had to contact expedia by phone, which they helped us right away.

Terrible. Definitely thevworst hotel experience. Hotel was under reno, which was not communicated. We had no running water in our room. No shower, toilet, sink. Took 3 times asking for water to be turned on. We had no towels, limited TP. Again, had to ask for these. Breakfast was absolutely pathetic. Some yogurt and a few slices of old bread to toast. A blueberry jam for toast. Nothing else! No coffee or tea. We were all eating scraps. Ive yravelled extensively and this was laughable!! Unfortunately i paid for this, so not funny.

There was no front desk service. When I went to the room we found it dirty, carpet and furniture. Sheets were not fresh. There were no cups or coffee machine either . The toilet ran all night long. In the morning my husband got the toilet to stop running continuously. Mascara on left side of mirror, I washed it off with abit of elbow grease. The breakfast didn’t start til 7:30 to which we were on the road by then. It is safe to say although it was a Wyndham, we will not be going back there.

Worst experience ever staying in a hotel. Very unprofessional staff. Uncomfortable and old mattress. No coffee maker in the room. Only one towel provided and no toilet tissues in the washroom. The room itself was stinky. The new owners definitely need more training on how to run a hospitality business.
