The apartment is on the ground floor of a house on 3 levels, it is composed of 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, sink with mirror and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, a living room with fireplace and with TV Sat.
Located between the towns of Salò and Gardone Riviera, 300 meters from the lake, the apartment is equipped with a newly built equipped kitchen (May 2019) with induction hob, electric oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee machine in Lavazza pods and American coffee machine.
There are 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each. In one of the rooms a cot can also be placed on request. The newly built bathroom includes a sink, toilet and a generously-sized shower.
The apartment is equipped with a 32 "flat screen TV with satellite channels, free WiFi internet connection and independent heating in the winter months.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment and part of the garden. The remaining part of the garden and the entrance porch will be shared with the guests of another apartment of the same property.

Eine geräumige Erdgeschoßwohnung mit ruhigem Garten.

Ich habe eine erholsame Woche in der geräumigen Wohnung verbracht. Ich habe alle Mahlzeiten in der funktional eingerichteten Küche zubereitet und am Gartentisch eingenommen. Ein Supermarkt ist zu Fuß in 5 min zu erreichen. Die Strandpromenaden von Gardone ist 10 min und die von Salo in 25 min zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Vermieter war immer für eventuelle Problem erreichbar und spricht gut deutsch.

Toller Aufenthalt am Gardasee bei klasse Gastgeber

Tolle Wohnung mit viel Platz für eine vierköpfige Familie. Garten sehr toll für die Kinder zum spielen. Alles was man zum Leben braucht, ist in der Nähe. Gastgeber Gianluca ist super freundlich und immer sehr hilfsbereit. Fragt oftmals nach ob es irgendwelche Fragen oder Probleme gibt. Super Service. Vielen Dank!

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung in Barbarano

Wir sind als Familie für 2 Wochen im Sommer 2023 in der Wohnung von dem sehr freundlichen, netten und jederzeit hilfsbereiten Vermieter Gianluca gewesen. Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss und sehr großzügig aufgeteilt. Es gibt zwei Schlafräume mit je einem Doppelbett, Eine große Küche mit Esstisch (6 Stühle) und einem Wohnzimmer. Das Badezimmer ist etwas klein, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Das Haus liegt fast am Ende einer Sackgasse und wenn man nicht aufpasst verpasst man beim ersten Mal die Einfahrt. zur Wohnung gehört ein Parkplatz. Ein Auto mit der max. Länge von 4,5m passt dort gut hin. Die Wohnung hat einen Gartenzugang, hier stehen Bananen - und Zitronenbäume. Der Garten ist gepflegt und bietet auch eine überdachte Terrasse und Grill. Worauf man achten sollte: Zu unserer Zeit (Mitte - Ende Juli) gab es sehr viele Mücken. Dafür kann Gianluca nichts. Aber es hilft wenn man sich darauf einstellt. Zur Lage: Die Wohnung ist ideal für Ausflüge rund um den gesamten Gardasee. Trotz der recht befahrenen Straße bekommt man im Anwesen nichts davon mit. Wenn man die Sackgasse herunter geht, liegt rechter Hand ca. 50m ein Supermarkt, der alles bietet was man benötigt. Links gibt es in 50m einen Bäcker und einen Kioskladen. Von Barbarano aus waren wir überall in max. 1h. Mit der Autofähre in Maderno kann man sehr schnell auf die gegenüberliegende Seite übersetzen. Zwei Strände sind fußläufig erreichbar. (Einer gegen Eintritt). Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, danke Gianluca.

Die Ferienwohnung Super renoviert, Sauber , Top Lage. Alles in der Nähe was man braucht. Nicht weit zum Strand. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und auch immer erreichbar. Immer wieder gerne.

Ortsübliches Objekt; frisch renoviert. Bademöglichkeit in der Nähe vorhanden aber überschaubar. Von der gut genutzten Straße rund um den Gardasse bekommt man in der Wohnung aufgrund der umliegenden Bebauung und der Sackgassenlage nichts mit. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, die sich stets kümmern.
