Quiet and comfortable. No pets or smoking allowed. Free parking for ONE car, high speed Fiber internet connection (1GB). One bedroom with king bed and second bedroom set up for office space with suggested set up as on pictures, queen air mattress available for visitors guests. Unit can accommodate 4 adults but is mostly intended for 2 long term. As the unit requires maintenance the host reserves the right to modify/replace furniture/appliances/sheets and linens without notice but maintaining overall appearance of the unit as advertised.
