I did not like the nickel and diming of $10 per night for parking, $5 per day for internet. The bed was hard and the pillows useless. They both need to be upgraded. Otherwise, without question the best breakfast in town.

We stay here everything's we come to Salt Lake area. The main for was filthy, lobby bathroom by pool filthy And soaked floor from pool. Very slippery. The other lobby bathroom had a bottle of shower gel for the soap. No decanters were filled. Bar was closed. (One of our main reasons outside of cleanliness) to stay here. Only could get a drink with food purchase. We just returned from a family dinner. Not hungry at all. The bar is so nice, not good it was closed. Also, only 1 game on a tv in the lobby since no bar.

The hotel was awesome. Great location close to the mall and other places to eat. Close proximity to I-15. Room was very clean and the housekeeping staff was amazing. The only thing was we couldn't figure out our heater, the room was freezing in the middle of the night. The breakfast was great and the fresh cooked omelets were so good!!!

I booked theough expedia for a family of 6. When i got there they had switched us from a 2-queen suite to 2 king suites. This would have been fine if we were all adults but we had 4 kids....although there was no charge, it wasnt what we wanted pr planned.

everything went fine until the morning when we checked out. my husband went down to breakfast. he was going to grab me something when he came up to the room. they started taking away all the food before 10 am. and he went up to get something to bring me and they would not let him order anything because it was exactly 10 am. We have stayed with this hotel for years. whoever is in charge of the morning breakfast has changed. not friendly ,very curt. miss the people they use to have
