Its a nice hotel, clean and with nice breakfast. Wouldn't recommend for family of 5-6 though. Stayed there 2 times and in both, they didn't set the sofabed for the kids. On the 2nd visit the sofa bed was for 1 although the room was clearly booked for 6 (2 on sofa bed). Another thing is that the shower head on both rooms was not well attended to the wall and tiles around it broken.

Expedia or Embassy Suite screwed up my reservation and had to search for another hotel after I arrived for a business trip. Very poor business on someone's part.

Great place to stay. Stay was so friendly and acdomodating, especially Victoria at the front desk and Garrett in the lounge. Room was clean and spacious. Lighting in the bathroom could’ve been brighter, or provide a magnifying lit mirror. It wasn’t bright enough to apply makeup.

The room was nice, but the couch was broken down, there was some sort of substance all over the ceiling, and the mattress and pillows were not very comfortable. Overall, it was an OK stay just not great.

We love staying at this hotel. The amenities are great. The room we had this time had a little wear and tear. The couch especially has seen better days. The beds are comfortable and our room was very clean. We will stay again.

Everything was as expected, except on this occasion, power doors for handicap failed to work and employee just said it doesn't work. With no concern on how was going to open the door by myself. Not even let me get someone to help you. Really disliked about this stay. Got off elevator on wrong floor and found trash, debris throughout the area.

Dirty. Floors were dirty, elevator walls were not clean smears all over. hated the jack/jill bathroom barn doors. no fan in bathroom. Very disappointed in breakfast, other embassy's I've stayed at are way better. I expected the same. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
