We checked into a hotel in Lehi and when we found that our deadbolt didn’t work asked for another room and were denied any help. Two women traveling. Found Extended stay and it was affordable, clean and felt safe. We were happy we moved.

I was so uncomfortable that I left within the hour. The front half of the building seems well lit and safe, but the back is scary and I did not feel okay.

So many not nice things about this place, but when I opened the door to the room it stunk like 20 years of cigarettes. Immediately checked out.

In a very nice area and convenient off of I80 the hotel was very dated, uncomfortable beds and human excrement under the outdoor stairs. The front desk was staffed by only one person who was incredibly nice but very frazzled by the guests that left water running in the third floor that flooded lol the way to the first. I think the seven star rating is too generous even for a pet friendly hotel.

The bedding and mattresses were disgusting. Stained and covered with hair. I got some new bedding and made my beds and stuck it out. The next morning, Chris, the manager, was probably the rudest and most condescending person I have ever encountered in the hospitality industry. This place costs 1/2 as much as Springhill Suites but trust me when I say don’t stay here. Pot smoking in the stairwells, smells like pee…I could go on. What’s worse is the indifference of management. Just, WOW. I guess they plan on getting by on their 5 star location for those wanting Sugarhouse walkability

Was decently clean and in a safe location. They were doing construction outside out room and was a bit noisy and the workers stared. There is a cute and friendly little black cat that lives nearby in the bushes and will come out to you if you call to it. This upped the stars from me. The staff are polite but not professional. The desk was often empty when we got there. The breakfast is kind of lame. Thanks for the pre-packaged muffin and instant coffee.

Entering/exiting property is difficult. Our room was on the south side which was great by a wooded walkway - very quiet. The gentleman checking us in was very kind & professional.
