- Kiinteistö on 11 000 neliöjalkaa koti, oma kylpytynnyri, oma sisäänkäynti ja tietysti yksityinen oleskelutila. Vierailla on täysi pääsy suurelle 2 hehtaarin metsäiselle kiinteistölle sekä paviljongille ja BBQ-alueelle. Tämä kiinteistö sijaitsee yksityisessä yhteisössä, jolla on omaisuudenhoitaja. Great location but house didn't meet expectations
Our group was made up of 14 adults for a ski and business retreat.Pros: - Location is great with several ski resorts within a 30 minute drive. - Plenty of room to sleep with 10 bedrooms and lots of extra beds.- Plenty of parking.- Kitchen is a good hub for the home with the big granite island and seating (even though it's tough to move around in as a result)Cons.- The photos on the listing didn't match reality. After comparing, it's clear they chose the best possible angles and edited lighting, cleaned them up, etc. - The way the house was remodeled makes it feel very piecemeal and not professionally done. There are lots of flooring level changes covered by duct taped rugs, windows covered over by new walls and you can see insulation through the windows, random mismatched cabinets, a christmas present bag covering an electrical panel, etc. - The kitchen was disorganized and many of the dishes on the shelves were dirty. We believe this could be a result of requiring tenants to do all the dishes and put them away before a 10AM checkout. We did our best to accomplish this, but I don't think it's possible if you eat breakfast on checkout day with a large group.If you're looking for a high-end estate, this isn't it. If you're looking for a home that's functional for large groups and you don't mind if it has eccentricities, it's sufficient.

Wonderful spot for family gathering
We had a family group including three generations. All of the different living spaces made it easy for different groups to spend time together - playing pool in one room, playing board games in another, listening to the the piano in a third group, and just chatting in a fourth. We particularly enjoyed the decorations - the knight in armor at the top of the stairs and the four poster bed with curtains. My grandchildren were thrilled to sleep there. The kitchen was well supplied and easy to operate in. We made happy memories.

I rented the house for all of my bridal party to stay in for the weekend of our wedding. Overall, the house was able to accommodate 15 of us very comfortably. The location was great - it’s difficult to find a house that can accommodate all of us in that area and has an area where we all could congregate to hang out. We got ready in the main room - the light was perfect for hair and makeup. The driveway was also able to accommodate all the cars we needed (a great plus!). There were a few discrepancies between the listing and the information received from the host through communication and check in - nothing egregious, but a bit frustrating when trying to coordinate many things over the weekend. Lastly, the house seemed a bit dirty - hairs in the bathrooms, tubs not cleaned prior to check in. This house is great for a large amount of people who need a great area to stay in. The host is responsive and accommodating to requests.

Wonderful, huge house
We stayed in this house for a week playing games with lots of friends. It was a great space with lots of comfortable beds and lots of tables to play games on. The property is secluded and beautiful. The directions for checkin and check out were clear and easy. This is our second time staying here, and we definitely want to stay here again.

We had a wonderful time there. The home is spacious and very clean. Checkin was easy. Plenty of room for parking. Good location for restaurants and activities. It was great for a family reunion of 37 people ages 6 months to 75 years. Kitchen was extremely well equipped. Nice place.

Great house for a large group
We enjoyed our stay in Lisa‘s house. We were there for a nonprofit board meeting. The large kitchen was great for catering and meals. We used Elizabeth’s Catering and would highly recommend them as well! There was plenty of room for the caterer to set up a buffet as well, as for all of us to eat around the island in the kitchen. The 10 of us were able to hold our meeting around the large dining room table that was right off of the kitchen area. The outdoor space is great for hanging out, grilling if you want to, and playing outdoor games! The house has cornhole, giant Jenga, ring toss, and a few other outdoor games. Inside, the ping pong/pool table was fun as well! The only thing to be aware of is that there are only four bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. A fifth bedroom has a bathroom down the hallway that is essentially a private bathroom for that bedroom. Two bedrooms in one upstairs area share one bathroom. Three bedrooms in a second upstairs area share a very unique bathroom set up. Most bedrooms are set up with multiple beds so that you can fit a lot of people in the house if you need to! We had a couple of very minor issues and Lisa was very quick to respond and help us address those in a timely fashion. Prior to our arrival, when I had questions and reached out to Lisa, she always responded quickly. She is a great host! We would absolutely return for another stay at this home!

Perfect house for large groups or families
This house was perfect for our large group. Almost every bedroom had multiple beds - even though we only used one bed in most of the rooms, there was an upstairs area of the house where we had several single guys sharing rooms, so having multiple beds in each room was so convenient. We also loved that a lot of the rooms had their own bathrooms. This was especially nice for the married couples in our group for privacy. My favorite part of the house was the main kitchen. It had a huge island and lots of seating so that a lot of us could gather together at one time, with the rest of us just in the next room at the dining table or in the adjacent living room. The younger adults in our group loved the game room. But everyone was in agreement that this house was a perfect way to be together for the weekend. The host was amazing! She was easy to communicate with and very quick to respond both before arrival and during our stay. Everything really was seamless.

Combat wounded Veterans
We are a non profit and take combat wounded veterans to Snowbird for adaptive skiing. The house was perfect. Lots of bedrooms so everyone had their own bed. The kitchen was clean and fully functional as we had a cook with us. The family room was great for hanging out. The guys loved the hot tub. The communication w host was prompt! We will definitely rent again!

Family get together at Christmas and skiing vacation
Lisa made the process easy she answered our questions instantly. The house was large enough for all 16 of us +5 family members that live locally that came in for meals and evenings The location is great. The house was clean the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was large enough for all of us to be in there doing things together. There’s also room for all of us to eat together at a single table plus many rooms where people could gather or just be by themselves.

Plenty of room for our family reunion
Even though it rained one day, the kids had fun with billiards, movies and games. Bathroom toilet handles have to be held down to flush. No plug in the jacuzzi tub. We just enjoyed being together as a family. We brought too much food to eat.

First let me start by saying how amazing Lisa has been and her help accommodating our numerous flight arrivals went above and beyond. We came for a large event in Salt Lake and had 20 of our team members together and this property was perfect. Everyone had a comfortable bed and lots of rooms to lounge and hang out. The beautiful pianos made a great time for us to sing and bellow out loud, and of course, everything we needed was equipped and we didn't have to go to the store for anything except food. We are grateful for the chance to stay here as it worked out perfectly. Thank you and until next time!

Rooms and Beds Aplenty!
We held our family reunion here and we all managed to fit comfortably in this house. We had about 17 people stay at the house with no problems of people feeling cramped. There were plenty of rooms (many bedrooms had extra beds that we never used) and space to either have individual personal areas or everyone congregate together. The house is a bit of a "frankenstein-home" with different areas just connected to one another, but in the end, it was more than adequate in providing our family with a great space to meet together. The property manager was very attentive and easy to get a hold of. We were even able to get an early check-in which helped a lot for some of our families. There were essentially 4 wings to the home, so multiple families could have their own areas and not get in each other's way as well as large open areas where everyone could meet together. Plenty of individual break-out rooms for separate events/activities could occur if desired. The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of devices (multiple coffee makers, crock-pots, etc . etc.) and no shortage of crockery and flatware. There were also multiple kitchens/fridges if you needed them, but we just ended up using the main kitchen area which was plenty for our purposes. There were 2 pianos as well as billiards/ping pong table and plenty of separate rooms to hold activities to keep everyone entertained. The hot tub was also nice to allow everyone time to relax and unwind. The outdoor grill and picnic area was nice as if you had your own picnic shelter at a public park. There was also a nice public park within walking distance for those with children who wanted to play on a playground or just run/bike around. Overall, this house was great for our vacation.
