Sijainti, ikkunat ja sisustus kertovat kaiken tämän parvella mausteen keskellä Salt Lake Cityn keskustaa. Tämä ylin kerros, 1100 neliöjalkaa tilava yksi makuuhuone on rakennuksen kruununjalokivi. Valtavat kaarevat ikkunat, vintage-takka ja ammattitason 6-polttimen kaasuliesi ovat erinomaisia viihdyttäväksi tai hiljaiseksi rentouttavaksi illalliseksi kotona. Tämä huoneisto sijaitsee Salt Lake Cityn keskustassa, kirjaimellisesti lähellä aivan kaikkea! Olet vain 1-2 korttelin päässä Gatewaystä, City Creekistä, Temple Squareltä, Vivint Areenalta, Capitol Theatre, Utah Symphony sekä lukuisista ravintoloista ja baareista, kävelyetäisyydellä. Ja vain 3–5 minuutin kävelymatka Salt Palace -konferenssikeskukseen (vain korttelin päässä). SLC: n kansainvälinen lentokenttä on vain 8 minuutin päässä, ja sinne pääsee tarvittaessa UTA: n Traxin kautta kadun toisella puolella. Jos matkustat autolla, rakennuksen vieressä on aidatulla parkkipaikalla omistettu katettu parkkipaikka loman ajaksi.

Kaikille hiihtäjille, tämä huoneisto on vain 25-35 minuuttia monille maailman tunnetuimmista hiihtokeskuksista, kuten Canyons, Park City, Deer Valley, Snowbird, Alta, Brighton ja Solitude.

Warehouse Condo rakennettiin vuonna 1910, ja sitä käytettiin alun perin ruokakauppavarastona, joka muutettiin myöhemmin lelukauppaksi nimeltä Twirl Town Toys. Even better than the description

This property is the top floor, corner unit with Eastern and Northern views. There IS a washer dryer (tucked in a closet in the entry). There IS parking and it's covered and protected by a locked gate. There IS a modern thermostat. There IS a wonderful mattress, down comforter, comfy couches/pillows. This property would not work for those who might fall down the step between the kitchen and living areas. I did not notice the step down to the living area from the kitchen, but landed just fine (though I was surprised). To find the correct unit...enter the main lobby, walk toward #102 to find the elevator. Once off the elevator, make a sharp U-turn to your right and follow the signs to the 'Exit.' You will actually exit the hallway into an outdoor area in the center of the building (surrounding an old smoke-stack from the days this building served as a factory). Follow the emailed instructions from there to go back inside (past the old smoke-stack) and into the unit. It's very cool just getting to the VRBO, which is the best unit in the building. This property far exceeded my expectations including nearly zero street noise.

Great location, secured parking best for smaller vehicles. The tub shower was elevated and would be best served with a small stool/child's chair to ease access. there is a leak at the tub faucet that should be repaired to save . there should be a safety mat for the shower! Also with gas fireplace and gas stove, there should be a carbon monoxide level detector/alarm

Visiting Our U of U Son

The penthouse was awesome! We were close to the Delta Center for the hockey and basketball games. We ate at a place right across the VRBO. We hosted dinner and a breakfast for our son and his friends. The VRBO is beautiful. We will definitely come back again in the future!

Beautiful place to stay!

We arrived on Friday to go to a concert and spent Saturday exploring the farmers market and nearby shopping. It is definitely a big city! Construction on the road was a little noisy and we could hear the loud conversations next door.

Awesome stay in downtown SLC

We travel to Utah 10 plus times a year to watch our son play football at the University of Utah. We normally stay in hotels but wanted to try something different. We feel very fortunate to have found this location. Once you walk inside you're met with an awesome view of downtown. The ceiling is high so the place feels really open. The furniture is very comfortable along with the bed. The convenience of having a washing machine and dryer was really nice. Having secure parking is a huge plus in downtown SLC. It's a super short walk to the Gateway with bars and places to eat and Chile Tepin right next door. We run our own rental vacation home so we know the value of communication. The owner does an outstanding job. Don't hesitate to book. We look forward to future stays.

Love the Loft Penthouse

This was a very cool, quirky warehouse conversion that was great fun to stay in. Neat downtown neighborhood with great restaurants within walking distance along with Temple Square and other local sites. There was plenty of construction going on in the street, but that's life in the big city. Loved all the high-end appliances, cabinetry, etc.

Good short stay

We booked this for an extended weekend and concert and enjoyed it! The location is downtown, so going into the weekend it was definitely loud with traffic and people, but to be expected. Unfortunately in the bedroom we could hear full conversations and even the opening of drink cans coming from the people next door. It ranged from 6am to midnight which made it hard to sleep in a relaxing environment. This is not the fault of the property owners, but still should be mentioned. Otherwise we had a great stay.

We have stayed in a few condos all over the west coast and this condo is by far one of the best. It has a beautiful view of DT, it’s cute and just the right size. It’s a quick walk over to the Delta center (main reason for our trip to SLC) we highly recommend this unit for your future trips to SLC, I know we will be back!

The room is terrific. Very comfortable and clean. The owner is terrific and accomodating. Getting in and out the room of it is a bit of a maze however.
