Täydellinen Cottonwood Canyons Condo

Täydellinen paikka hiihtoon, vuoriseikkailuihin ja kaupunkiin tutustumiseen. Sijaitsee isojen ja pienten Cottonwood-kanjonien juurella, huoneistoomme on 20 minuutin päässä Altasta, Snowbirdistä, Solitude ja Brightonista ja 20 minuutin päässä Salt Lake Cityn keskustasta. Kanjonit, Park City ja Deer Valley ovat alle 45 minuutin päässä, ja niihin pääsee I-215: n ja I-80: n kautta.

Huoneisto on varustettu ylellisillä vuoteilla ja vuodevaatteilla kaikissa makuuhuoneissa. Uusi kylpytynnyri on saatavana lokakuussa 2019.

Talvella voit ajaa lomakohteisiin tai pitää autosi parkkipaikalla ylimitoitetussa kahden auton autotallissa ja aja hiihtobussibussiin Altalle, Snowbirdiin, Brightoniin ja Solitudeen. Kuljetuspysäkki on noin 500 metrin päässä etuovesta. Kesä tarjoaa myös kauniita retkeilyreittejä, pyöräilyä ja aktiviteetteja, joitain paikallisia retkiä pääsee 5 minuutissa.

Huoneisto on varustettu ylellisillä vuoteilla ja vuodevaatteilla kaikissa kolmessa makuuhuoneessa:

* Makuuhuone # 2 .. kuningatar sänky
* Makuuhuone # 3 .. Kaksi XL erillistä vuodetta, jotka voidaan valmistaa parivuodeksi pyynnöstä
* Parvi täysikokoisella sängyllä. Ilmapatjat myös saatavana pyynnöstä.

Huoneisto on 2200 neliöjalkaa neljällä tasolla. Sisään autotallista toiseen kerrokseen, josta löydät kolme makuuhuonetta ja kaksi kylpyhuonetta. Pääkerroksessa on keittiö ja perhehuone sekä eristäytynyt kansi, josta on näköala vuorille. Parvella on vuodesohva. Nauti 50 tuuman älytelevisiosta holvattu katto-perhehuone, joka voi helposti suoratoistaa kaikkia suosikki-ohjelmasi ja elokuvasi, ja myös nopeaa Internetiä, joka pystyy käsittelemään kaikkien laitteiden wifi-palveluita. Täyden palvelun keittiö, jossa on uusia laitteita, on varustettu kaikella, mitä tarvitset. Nauti kesästä rentouttavaa ateriaa kannella, joka tukee vuoristoista avointa tilaa. Talvella tule takaisin suuren hiihtopäivän jälkeen ja rentoudu ja istu takan ympärillä. Poreallas on saatavana kannella lokakuun 2019 alusta. Autotallissa on myös hiihtotelineitä ja kengänlämmittimiä, jotta nämä saappaat lämmitettäisiin upeaan päivään rinteillä. Ylisuuret autotallit tarjoavat runsaasti tilaa kaikkien hauskanpitojesi säilyttämiseen.
Tämä huoneisto on saanut loistavaa palautetta sijainnistaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Big Cottonwood Canyon. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi porealtaan. Huoneistossa tarjoaa keittiön ja 2.5 kylpyhuonetta.

Perfect canyon condo
This condo is perfect for a cottonwood canyon ski trip. Close to both little and big canyons. Also, grocery store, ski rental shops and restaurants. This was the cleanest vrbo we have ever rented. They have thought of everything a renter would need. Extension cords for multiple device charging near every bed, coffee maker and Keurig, slow cooker, air fryer, spices, plenty of blankets to cozy up on the sofa, games, shampoo/conditioner, shower gel, laundry detergent, dish washer soap, paper products and the list goes on. Would definately stay again.

The perfect ski getaway home base!
Leslie's condo was the perfect home base for our group ski weekend! We were greeted with Crumbl cookies and a seamless check in process. Leslie was communicative and available for us. The place was perfect - beautiful, open, spacious, and just 20 minutes from Alta ski mountain! I would 100% stay here again.

Great location to Big and Little Cottonwood Canyon and Park City
Leslie provided everything we could possibly require from hiking trail suggestions to butcher shop for Xmas dinner to restaurant suggestions. We felt so welcome! The main floor living and kitchen are so spacious and well laid out. It is very roomy. Bedrooms are nice size and very comfortable beds. The location can’t be beat! You can be at Solitude in 20 minutes and snowbird/Alta in 30 minutes. Will definitely stay again!

Personal touches made our family feel very welcome at this property. Short walk to coffee house and whiskey distillery. Hot tub is private and great natural views. Easy access (by car) to ski areas in Big and Little Cottonwood Canyon. Highly recommend.

Perfect Cottonwood Condo
The description "Perfect Cottonwood Condo" hits the nail on the head! We had a great week-long stay at this condo located right near the entrance to Big Cottonwood Canyon. It provides easy access to Snowbird, ALTA, Solitude, and Brighton, as well to the restaurants, grocery stores, and other amenities of SLC and Cottonwood Heights. With upstairs loft, this condo was much larger than expected. It was clean, well kept, and the kitchen was well stocked. The end-unit location (including the great hot tub on the back deck) is very private with nice views ! We would definitely visit this property again!

Perfect Family Ski Trip
This property was absolutely perfect for our group of 6 (3 adults, 1 teen and 2 kids). The location cannot be beat; nestled right at the base of both canyons and close to shopping and restaurants. The condo itself is wonderful and has everything you need for a ski vacation. Just bring your ski gear. This place literally has everything else! Lastly, Leslie is a wonderful host. She's very responsive and went above and beyond to make our trip easier. My family and I cannot wait to return. Thanks for sharing your property with us!

Perfect place for Ski vacation
This condo is a great location for skiing in either Big or Little Cottonwood Canyon. The condo was perfect for our group of 6. It’s clean, has a well stocked kitchen and a nice, private hot tub- ready to go. Leslie is very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this condo to others and will stay there again in the future.

Holiday Retreat
My family (husband & 2 teens) stayed for 6 nights, skied everyday, and enjoyed the hot tub and comfy amenities. Leslie is a great homeowner. She was incredibly helpful for our late night arrival making sure our Instacart grocery delivery was put inside the house. Neighborhood was very quiet, plowed and de-iced making entry and exit easy. Walking distance to a few restaurants and coffee.

Great 2nd stay!
We came back to SLC and didn’t even think twice about where to stay. We were here a year ago and it is still the cleanest and most comfortable place to relax. The host was great and responded very quickly. The house had everything we needed and the beds are so comfortable! We will definitely stay here again. It felt like coming home!

Condo was beautiful and spacious. Very well appointed. Kitchen was very well stocked that we were easily able to prepare/eat breakfast and dinner @ the condo before and after skiing. Lots of amenities for skiers… spacious garage to unload all you equipment each day to dry out. Ski rack, boot & glove dryers. Nice hot tub and fireplace that worked perfect. Would highly recommend
