Tämä on yksityinen 2500 neliömetrin kellarikerrostalo, jossa on erillinen sisäänkäynti, jossa on 2 makuuhuonetta, 1 Jack & Jill Bath, keittokomero, kuntosali, teatterihuone, poreallas ja postikortti.

Makuuhuone # 1 tarjoaa queen-vuode ja tilava Makuuhuone # 2 on queen-vuode ja 2 säädettävää erillistä vuodetta, jotka muunnetaan Kingiksi. Kaikissa huoneissa on Smart TV.

Rentoudu kuntosalilla ja teatterihuoneessa tai vain kodikkaassa takan vieressä. Jälkeen loistava iltapäivä rinteillä tai polkua, rentoutua kuusi henkilöä kylpytynnyri.

Olet vuokrataan täydellinen kellari (n. 2500 neliömetriä). Kellari erotetaan päätasolta ja se on suojattu (lukittavissa) ja yksityinen.

Property was selected due to its proximity to the various ski areas. We had a wonderful 2 week stay! The property met our expectations. It was comfortable and provided what we needed. The property does not offer a stove, dishwasher, and washer & dryer, however alternative cooking appliances are provided which met our needs.

A great staycation
We had a great time with our four kids… 15-21, we played games, watched movies, sat in the hot tub, went for a walk on the trail… all right within reach of the house. VRBO emails never came with check in or checkout info, but the owner was very responsive and helpful. There is no stove/oven, hard to tell in pics. That was the only thing we had any issues with during our stay. We had a great time! Beds were very comfortable!

Unique stay in Utah
This is a very unique place to stay. We were here as part of a month long road trip with out dogs. Stayed just 2 nights if you have dogs this has a great enclosed yard. A+ Very cozy living room with fireplace. A working Hot tub.A+ And some very cool extras. A huge home theater. What? An exercise room. We were there a short time so didn't use it. There is a very small Kitchen area. If you try and cook meals this would probably not be sufficient. I can see if you have children this would really be a hoot. The only drawback I would say is that it is a long walk from the car area and you have to walk down some rustic stone stairs to get to the downstairs area. It was a little tough for this 65+ old couple. But other than that this is a very cool place. Thanks Tom!

Private, safe and beautiful
This basement suite is located in a beautiful area, very private and safe. We enjoyed the exercise gym, and a movie night in the theater room. The kitchen does have lots of options for cooking, reheating and toasting with cookware, utensils, table settings for at least 8. Small kitchen appliances there, airfryer, toaster oven, electric burner, NuWave oven, waffle iron, electric kettle, pizza oven (last 4 mentioned were stored on top of the fridge and very dusty when we went to use one of them). A microwave that also had 2 other settings for cooking, ninja blender, full fridge/freezer with 4 ice cube trays and a water filter pitcher, and a wine fridge. We did wash everything we went to use before we used it as some things were dusty or not fully clean. Other than that everything was very tidy! We enjoyed the hot tub each night, it does need a clean as the weather is changing and there were a few leaves in there. It’s a very neat back yard, the rock steps do look beautiful but I can see them being a problem for someone who doesn’t have great balance or if they became icy/snow covered. The Jack and Jill bathroom was nice, kind of wish there was another bathroom for those times where we all needed to go. Pooperi to the rescue ha. We didn’t see the washer and dryer anywhere in the suite, and didn’t really need it but with the owners gone on their own get away we assume they are shared and that door was locked. I’m sure if I have asked, Tom would have accommodated.

A beautiful and peaceful stay
We traveled cross country for our daughters wedding. The hosts were fabulous, checking in and adding touches specific to our stay. The theater was a wonderful touch as was the hot tub. We had tons of room for the girls to play with hair and makeup in preparation for the big day. We loved this stay!

Convenient Location and plenty of space
Tom was a very accommodating host! This basement apartment had plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids to spread out. Some of the design elements were a bit eclectic and scared my young son, but the zebra next door made up for it! :)

This is one of the few times I can say a VRBO exceeded my expectations! My family absolutely loved the theater room, expansive game closet, foosball table, hot tub, and very comfortable beds! The hosts were quick to respond if a question came up. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Place
We had a good experience staying at this home. We needed to contact the owners a few times and they always responded quickly. Our kids loved the game cupboard, feeding the Zebra, and the theater room. There is no stove/oven but they provided an electric hot plate and other appliances that helped navigate that problem. We would 100% stay at this location again. It’s a great family friendly VRBO.
