As soon as we walked into our room and piece of the bed frame was literally ripped off the bed. Went straight to desk and showed them a photo so we didn’t get blamed. She asked if we wanted a different room and we said no because the room was fine and clean. Then we went down to the pool. Pool was fine. Went to get in the hot tub. We are in about 15 minutes when we start to see this disgusting brown sludgy looking liquors start coming to the surface and in the bubbles. It started to build up on the sides so we jumped out immediately and went to the desk to show them photos and videos and the receptionist said “oh yeah. No one is supposed to be on the hot tub, only the pool. But we haven’t put up signs. We forgot.” So I said “we just sat in that for 15 mins” and she said “ok. We will get a sign up!!!!!!! I have video and photos of this! It’s absolutely DISGUSTING. And the fact they knew no one should be using it, but failed to take the responsibility to inform the guests is ridiculous. HEALTH AND SAFETY HAZARD!!!!

The hotel was clean, but the elevator was broken. No coffee, no microwave, no ice bucket in rooms which was disappointing based on room cost. Front desk lady was fine curing check in but not helpful otherwise. Overall, We will not stay here again and not a recommended location.

The staff at this hotel are always excellent. From housekeeping to maintenance to front desk and management. They have always all been wonderful to interact with. The rooms are on the small side, but for solo travelers like myself they are perfect. Well kept and clean.
