The amazing Green River Gorge is a quick 10 minute ride away and the property is less than an hour from Asheville, Greenville, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Dupont Forest, Pisgah National Forest, Lake Lure, and more.

The house gets the name "Over the Line" because the line between Polk and Henderson Counties runs directly through the back bedrooms!
